Came to this location to eat but i had to use restroom but there was no toilet paper so placed my order then after I did I went up to the counter and was ignored by 3 employees including the manager who both her and another employee walked passed me! After they finally talked to me I let them know there was no toilet paper in the men's room a male employee y said ok he then proceed to tell some one there that there's no toilet paper and then told me why don't I just go to my home and use that one! After that I then proceed to wait for my food, got it after 10 mins or so of wait I was in the restaurant until 9 pm and there is still no toilet paper! The dining area was also not clean at all! The tables dirty, no ketchup, no lids, and the drink station was covered in soda bad experience over all but the food was ok

No matter what time of day, no matter how simple the order, I think in 3 years of coming here off and on I’ve never actually gotten my food through the window. Always park and wait 5-10 minutes. I can see the onslaught of 1 star reviews so I doubt this will ever change. /shrug

The worst McDonald's I've visited, this place was super dirty, it looked like the tables hadn't been cleaned for hours, the service was terrible, nobody could attend to you, and they messed up my sandwich twice. There were no straws, and the service was very slow. :(Im usually a big fan of McDonald’s but this store ruined my day

The WiFi at this location mostly doesn’t work. So, if you have a plan to take your work needing Internet connection while dining in at this location, please think twice before showing up here. It happened to me few time so far and it’s quite frustrating. Asking the store employees was useless. I hope the stores’ management will look into it. I’m not coming back to this location for sure. Thank you!

Horrible service from the employees.Young lady with heart glasses extremely rude, this is 3 rd time this happens with this young lady. Always telling me to go around to grab the rest of my missing order. So rude to the point where she walked to my car she was talking bad about an employee not doing something and talking bad on the headset so unprofessional. Then Monica the shift manager was kind but didn’t do anything about my complaint continued to brush it off and then said she can’t give me nobody names of those who helped me. Why is it that they can’t give me their name but nobody wears name tags. Might as well take off the name of the receipt too. I’m sorry but this is getting out of hand.

Absolutely terrible service! Manager Andre’s was extremely unprofessional and rude as well as the drive thru crew. Messed up my order, did not give me my sauces for my meals and missed items. And took over 20 minutes to get my order. Will be contacting corporate.

Drive thru was terrible! Took 6 minutes behind 2 cars just to order. Took an additional 8 minutes just to get to the window to pay. To get the food, that took another 6 minutes. Overall took 20 minutes just to order and get my food. 20 minutes! I have been here twice and both times they take anywhere between 17-38 minutes to order and get your food.On top of the wait, the food was way over done and cold. How do you manage to take forever and still be cold?
