Took about 20 minutes for someone to come take my order. I was in the dine in. Took another 20 minutes for them to bring me my food. Asked the person for who brought my food for grape jelly and ketchup. She never came back went to the counter to get some myself, and waited another 5 minutes to get someone's attention. The person finally came up there and gave me ketchup but they was out of grape jelly. This is one of the worse McDonald's experiences I have ever had.

Was sent to go park for my drive thru order (10piece nugget meal). They gave every single car behind me their order, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I waited for over 20 minutes until I went inside. They took another 5 minutes to help me out, only for the worker to whisper to the other ‘other shit the car outside.’ No apology, they only offered a refund without giving me my order.

It was mid-morning, almost 11-ish. All I had was some coffee and fries. So I can't complain. I was surprised how quiet it was since right off of I-10 & Horizon Blvd. It's a nice modern decor and great playroom for the little ones.
It's annoying that they removed the soda machine and also removed the table for ketchup. Fries also cold 🥶

I ordered a combo meal and on my way home I discovered that my hamburger was bitten. I returned to the store, the manager's played it off like whatever they didn't believe me, i'm never returning here. Everyone dont come to this location.

I waited like 40 m to get my food need more employees that can be faster in drive thruu!!! Also i think they had new kids and are giving the orders wrong i was calling and they were hanging up on me .i was missing 3 fries and they over charge me !!
