Avoid chicken tenders from McDonalds. Service was good, but forgot an item in my order. Staff was very friendly and gave the missing item right away

Order ahead of showing up to this McDonald's. Reason being, if you try and order in person, it's going to be more expensive, and your order will be incorrect. If you ask for any corrections, the Manager will stair at you like your taking her money. Even the employee apologized for the Managers behavior. It's not that big of a deal.

Service is a 0! It’s an inconvenience to come here around 9p.m. And early morning so they can tell you they are closed. It says they are open 24 hours!! If the employees are telling customers they are closed during open hours it seems like your managers are approving it. And you’re just losing money here with lazy employees.

It's been a couple times that they have the mobile ordering shut off at this location, but still take drive through. Either the workers are lazy or the head company is trying to avoid savings. Either way it's a big inconvenience and a big let down. Why create the app if you'll still pull classic mcdonalds customer service which is subpar by the way. Maybe they don't pay their peeps enough or maybe they need to save money to pay bills. Who knows. Oh by the way the workers here are great so I doubt it's them. But if it is. They saving the mother company big bucks.

Open for 24hr the only McDonald in the area that’s starts breakfast at 2am like seriously if I wanted breakfast at 2am I would hit jack in the box well they do have everything 24/7

I placed an order on the McDonald's App at 10:05, and they didn't have my food when I went to go pick it up at 10:34, because breakfast stops at 10:30. My order was allegedly cancelled by the location and the employee I spoke with insists I would not be charged ( but this is misinformation, the charge was already put through, the charges are always processed when you place an app order not when you pick up the food) also the order is still here on the app not cancelled. Obviously I was still charged for my order and left with no food, I will be reaching out to the customer service for the app.

This was bad. Though it was only 6pm it was dirty. Who wants to eat in a dirty restaurant? Yeah I will be back to that place. It was so bad I left without eating. Come to find out this is a constant problem with location. Talk about poor management. McDonald's you should be ashamed of yourself.

Been here so many times. Today was my last day at this location. Whats the point of ordering on the app and going through the drive thru to save time if im going to still sit and wait on the curbside spot. Its no longer fast food when it takes 25 mins to get an order.
