Frequent issues with this location preparing food as ordered. If i didn't live so close to the location, I would have stopped coming a long time ago. Unfortunately, this location's proximity to my residence causes me to give it an additional chance every once in awhile. Always find myself disappointed.

Only 3 stars because it's a hit and miss. Sometimes food is fresh like during lunch time and other times it's not. Dry patties and old fries. So I'm 50/50 with McDonalds.

Stopped at this location so my son can use playground and eat a happy meal; however, this mcdonalds is by far disgusting. There was food and napkins all over the tables with ketchup and barbecue smeared on the tables. There is a restroom in the playground that was terrible. You would think that for being the kids area they would tend to it more frequently. I used the restrooms in the front because the smell from the other restroom was too strong. The restrooms from the front were just as bad. I then noticed the entire restaurant was dirty. I asked the manager if they could clean a table in the kids zone and she later came and cleaned one of the tables and ignored the left over food and trash at every other table in the kids area. The customer service was terrible as well. I wouldn't recommend anyone bringing their kids here, it's unsanitary.

People have pretty much posted all the negative things I guess even years later they can't seem to know how to clean the drive thru is prioritized over the inside of the building sadly my kids love the play place so I constantly bring them here and not one single time has the areas been clean I have cleaned the table myself employees have seen me do so and do not offer to pick up the mess I have also been here early for breakfast and it seems as if the trash is left over night overall if you are looking for a clean place to eat do not come here

Came in to grab and go went in drive thru- food was warm juice cold people nice but the coffee was disgusting it tasted like watered down coffee? no taste just a hint of coffee? I def need to purchase a coffee elsewhere. Everything else was good.
