Usually this is my go to Mcdonald's but as of lately they get my order wrong Every. Single. Time. Its Super disappointing I understand that they get alot of traffic but they do not handle the orders with care whatsoever. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle with extra bacon and my father ordered a pancake breakfast with sausage we were excited about our breakfast only to get home and see they gave me and him a really thick peice of what looks like stake? I tossed mine and my father didn't eat the meat either its super upsetting that we spend money on food we didn't even get to eat.

Went through the driver through today and was completely forgotten about. Then when I went into to ask for my order it was on counter sitting there and the manager had nothing to say but ask for my recipe then verbally asked me what I ordered. I just think they should’ve been considerable towards having me wait while 10 other cars drove off.

I don’t know if this is a Castro or Corporate McDonald’s but i waited 15 minutes in lobby, my code was no longer good for a $1 breakfast sandwich and the manager gives me the excuse of breakfast ending at 10:30. ALL the other McDonald’s and even the one I work I end their breakfast at 11am. They need to adhere to what McDonalds requires.

Always a hit or miss. I usually have a hard time getting my college student's food ordered here through the McDonald's app. Lobby hours aren't posted online and drive-thru is the only option for online orders during night hours, even if the lobby is open. Right across from UTEP student living but not very accommodating to those students.
Every single time I go to this McDonald's, my order is wrong. It doesn't matter what time of day or if it's full or not. Also once 8 pm hits, the ice cream machine is "out of order". Which is not true, management probably doesn't hire enough people so the employees can clean the machine. That's my theory. Anyways so check your order.

Very rude person taking drive thru orders. Talked very fast, could barely understand them. Asked me if I wanted my receipt and when I said no thank you, they just slammed the window without a thank you or anything. Extremely poor customer service

I don’t know how they manage to do it. 15 minutes in spot 1 waiting for a happy meal and a chicken sandwich. And they forget they happy meal. This has to be the slowest McDonald’s in town. The service is so painfully slow every time I come here. I just don’t get it.
