really bad experience it was Saturday at 2 am or 3am and it took like 35 to 40 minutes just to get large decaf coffee and nuggets had to be really patient

They never have orders ready when ordering online. Always have to wait too long to get my orders. And once you get the order the order is always wrong either not prepared fresa or always missing ingredientes :-(

I went through the drive through tonight and ordered as normal. The girl (Victoria) taking my order was rushing me all while I was ordering. We get to the first window and there is nobody there for minutes. So we go to the next window to get some help. The employee Victoria then told me that I had to go around and order again because they deleted my order since I didn’t pay at the first window. I told her that there was nobody there for minutes and she told me that I still had to go around. I told her that I did not want to do that because I had already done it and it is not my fault that they don’t have anybody there. She then slammed the window shut. Mind you, the Manager Gaby was standing right behind her while all of this was happening. She did nothing. I had to ask to speak to her twice before she came to the window. Then we get our food and everything is cold and stale. Worst employees to be employed there.
