I ordered from this location tonight and my boyfriend got a few strands of hair in his Mc chicken!!!! Nasty ! How do you not check to see a whole clump of hair in the food. I hope a manger sees this and I get some sort of compensation. Disgusting

I ordered a filet o fish sandwich. It was the worst I have ever had in my life! And I am 63 years old! It must have been sitting for hours. The whole outside of the fish was so dry I could barely bite through it and then it was so chewy that i wanted to spit it out but I was driving. The fries were hard and almost cold. It looks like such a busy place I can’t imagine that the food would sit for very long. Maybe they prepare way more than they need so the food sits longer than normal. I’ll never go back to that MacDonalds!

i tried to use my reward points but the drive thru staff said couldn’t find the points but they already took out my points!l. they couldn’t do anything.So disappointed. This is the second time was happened.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! manager talks bad to customers. Got my order wrong and still talked to me like I was in the wrong for asking just to charge me for the rest of my order. Bad experience ! !

Dining in is perfectly fine, but anytime I try driver thru or curbside. If there's just 1 customization, they butcher the whole order. I'll asked for no pickles on my quarter pounder, they don't put anything in at all just cheese. Anytime I call, they act like they can't hear then place me on hold. When I try recalling, line is busy for 20min or so. I wish there was another McDonald's on my way home from work so I can just go there
