I had placed a curbside order for a double quarter pounder deluxe, and the large french fry were missing, not inside the bag. I was 9 minutes from clocking into work, so I didn't have time to get out of the car, and the drive-thru had over 15 cars. :(

This Mc Donald’s service is sooooo slow. And taking sooooo long to come to he intercom to take the order as well. This morning I head multiple people in their cars saying “hellooooooo” because they were waiting so long to take their order. Service sucks. It’s too slow here. I was in line for 25 min when there was only 3 cars in front of me

Bathrooms are despicably filthy, stinky and seem to barely get cleaned once month. This specific location has been run by the same careless manager for several years. When she walks around the dining room she reminds me of Urdula the sea witch, always upset and butt hurt! Never a positive experience!

Was told they had no cup holder. While she was giving me the drinks the lid came off one of drinks and spilled all over car. Made me wait for remainder of order. Had to get off because it was taking long. When I walk up to counter all of sudden cup holders are available. Takes longer to get order if you order through app instead of in person.

I placed an online order at 10:15am on 9/26 picked it up in store at 10:45am on my way to work. My order was not ready. Waited 15 mins and my order was still not ready. I left with no food and was still charged for a meal I didn't receive. I placed my order online so it was ready when I got there on my way to work. I was late to work because I waited those 15 minutes for my food that I never got. Do better McDonald's!!!
