12:41 on a Saturday with zero customers in store and 3 in the drive thru. After sitting in the drive thru I came in and waited some more. However, a lovely smile and service made it somewhat better when dealing with a person after the kiosk malfunctioned. All fast food has gone to hell!!

Not allowing coffee refills anymore,, been saying for the last two months the coffee machine is broken but yet selling coffee thru drive thru. Don't understand the need to have to lie to customers. They also discourage the servers from talking/mingling w customers,,, also wish they'd just turn their TVs off instead of pushing their political propaganda. Had to drive over to Whataburger instead.

Foods pretty good but they take foreveeer on the food, even when i use the app 30 minutes ahead, I still wait, service is okay, they cover the fountain drinks until the high schoolers come, employee had a big smile on his face helping the students out until I came with my gf, he didnt give us a lid and straw with our drinks so we reached behind the counter for it

The worst McDonald that I visited The employee treats you that a homeless person, he mentioned to me that his management team closed the soda fountain cause they clients take a drink and continue serving them selves and they provide you just a cup with soda and you need more you need to pay for another one. Crazy
