Ordered from the mobile app which I thought was supposed to be faster and more convenient. I order around 10-12 minutes in advance. Takes me about 3 minutes to get to McDonald's from my house and was given someone else's receipt. Showed the manager and employee and they didn't tell me what went wrong. No apologies. Nothing..They just told me to go park. Wait for another 10 to 15 minutes and finally got my order. No apologies again and the freakin' fries were cold...what were they doing all that time? Serving everyone else that's what..Hadn't been to McDonald's in a while and this gives me more of a reason to stay away.

Terrible service. I wanted to order in Spanish and he told me that he didn't speak Spanish and when I got to the window he was speaking in Spanish and he threw the order at me. Always a sure thing getting the worst customer service at this location with these uneducated kids working there as the owner knows and doesn't do nothing about it specially the girls give alot of attitude towards the customers like they are doing you a favor wasn't for us they wouldn't have a job.
Kick out the rude Ysleta students! Those teens were harassing the employees! Management and owners know about it, they turn off the lounge fountain drinks. It’s 100 degrees outside. And the fries were cold. Hope management and ownership improve this place

I had a very bad experience, Miss EDEN was very rude. I asked her for a coke refill and she told me she couldn't and I told her because what was the reason? He told me that he couldn't, isn't McDonalds supposed to have refills for free? DON'T GO TO MCDONALDS!
