Not sure if Anastasia is the manager, I’m sure she is cuz that’s what she told my wife but it is ridiculous having to place an order for pick up late at night and they’re always forgetting something in our order . I get thru the drive through and nobody answers. I had to speak up in order for them to say something in return. This is ridiculous. ANASTASIA DO BETTER THAT STANK ATTITUDE ISNT GETTING YOU ANYWHERE🤮 and then aside of that, the food is NEVER fresh. Especially them fries

I went in the morning after working a long night I ordered for me and my wife because she works mornings and I specifically ordered a steak , egg and cheese bagel and a egg mcmuffin for her , the reps gave me 2 mcffin instead but charged me for a bagel which is more I was so tired I didn’t want to drive back but I was very unsatisfied I didn’t get my moneys worth. After a long shift and all you want to do is eat something you’ve craving all week and relax. Plus the reps were very rude.

I used the mobile app to order and when I went to pick it up, the lady at the drive thru said theyre not taking the mobile app. However, I told her I ordered and this was the location. Instead of providing any sort of solution, she was rude. She just kept repeating they weren't taking mobile orders and I told her I understood but I had already placed the order so I was unsure what to do. Terrible customer service.

I was ordering my food and the person on the speaker was rude instead of nicely saying we can't do that she said NO with an ugly tone manager came to the speaker and he was also rude i understand they need to be on employees side but not when they are rude and not taking the order correctly really disappointed I have never had an issue with this Mcdonalds I get it we are humans we don't always have a good day and it's okay but that doesn't mean you can be rude or pass on your negative energy or mood to your customers.

They are always forgetting something in my pick up order. This morning I waited 15 minutes and my order was still not completed. When I finally received it, it was missing 3 items.

This McDonalds is the worse in the area. I place my order on the app. Mark arrived and have a receipt because of the long line. Breakfast ends before I get to the window and they deny giving me my breakfast even though I was given receipt it went through and I marked myself arrived before the cut off. This isn’t the first time it’s happened before but the last time I didn’t place arrived before the 10:30 mark

McDonald's used to be an experience when I was a kid; the wacky characters, the atmosphere and toys that you actually played with. Now it's just ordering from a crappy app to get some points for a $1 burger that they will probably forget to bag and talking to the manager who could obviously care less. If this happened once, I could understand a mistake with the billions of people served, but it's almost expected everytime at this point. And what's the deal with ketchup? Is money coming out of the employees pockets for each packet they hand out? Make McDonald's great again ffs.
