Quick drive-through service.
Chubby guy with a weak mustache was very unprofessional. I usually come here often when its late because its the only thing that is open. I dont really complain about customer service, but this time will be an exception. I pulled foward on the drive thru window just to not be acknowledged until 10 minutes had passed. When the dude gave me the food he had his hair loose while handling the food which is a food hazard, no hat or hairnet on. He also didnt even bother to say anything to me just gave me the food. Very unpleasant visit.

You know why people work at McDonald cause they Dont know how to listen and are lazy. Next time make my food right and give me my order correctly. The business should make this right and get me another order. How disappointing.

I have an issue with this female that is at the 2nd window, rude, has an attitude like you can’t imagine! Some people are just not made to work with the public!!!!

I always order in advance through the McDonald’s app and check in with it as well. The restaurant had me waiting 10 minutes waiting for the order even though I checked in. Even as I was waiting i was seeing them serve people who got there after me in the other spots and clearing out their drive-thru as well. Even when they didn’t have anyone left in their drive-thru they still hadn’t came out to give me my order. Eventually when I went inside frustrated about waiting for so long even after checking in through the app, I was met with a standoffish manager who was telling me that they were backed up and my order had been ready, but doesn’t even bother to fill up the drink that they were supposed to bring me. By the time I ate my lunch the food was already cold and I had wasted half of my lunch break just getting my food that I ordered in advance.

Absolutely filthy. Everytime I come here, about twice a month. I have never seen this place clean. Tables and chairs are damaged, floor is always dirty, tables are always covered in trash. Bathrooms conditions are unusable. Who is the manager of this location.

I stood by the counter and no one helped me out. Then a worker said in Spanish let him order on the computer. I was confused had a simple question. Wanted lunch it was 1049 am I did try computer and it said it was not available. Bad customer service. The Macdonalds by my house on Balboa is much friendlier. I would give you 0 stars but it was not and option!!!

I recently went through the drive thru around 6:50 pm. Placed an order for 2 snack wrap meals, and some other things. I got home and checked my food unwrapped it to find out i got the spicy ones, no big deal but i call back and i guess my service was bad a couple of times and the person on the phone was very rude while i was trying to find better service and was saying to not call back. So i went to see if i could get my wraps and the people were very rude about it saying if i didnt have the receipt or the food untouched they cant replace it. And i found it very rude. I waited 10 years for the wraps and now i still didnt get to enjoy them. Im currently eating cold ones because i cant get the order i wanted.

Food was great. Service was acceptable. Atmosphere wasn’t bad. What slightly upset me was that my paid order number was on their counter. The manager dilly-dally’s around by paying attention to her phone and other things. She finally gives me my ice cream. I have worked at McDonald’s in London, England. It was huge !! Nobody, ( including managers ) were not allowed to be doing personal things on company time !!!! This goes for most companies.

Have been multiple times after hours (after work) placed an order, will go out of my way to receive order, only to be told system is rebooting. Stop advertising 24hrs if not available.
