Good place 2 njoy a quik lunch or breakfast. Friendly located, easy access. B assured I hav/ will inform all of my family and friends of this location.Parking: Due 2 the location of this place (corner of Restler street and Redd Rd), so plenty of parking spaces available.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room inside 4 little one's 2 maneuver fairly easy.Wheelchair accessibility: All entrance/ exit doors r wheelchair accessible.

The customer service was wonderful! I came in on crutches slow but the staff assisted me with the door, the cashier was patient and verified my order, and the food was even brought to me with all utensils. The dining area was clean, and the restrooms as well. I stopped going to McDonald's for a long time due to the carelessness and poor conditions but this experience was wonderful

Time and Time again they take forever to bring you your food!!! It’s so frustrating, if I want to wait 20 minutes I would have gone to a restaurant. This is suppose to be fast food! Customer service is terrible. After waiting 20 minutes for my food they come out with an incomplete order!!! Very disappointing! Management needs to step up!

Food is exactly what I expect from a McDonald’s. The service at this location is always slow you can go through drive-through you can order ahead they’re always gonna tell you to pull over or park on the side and you’re gonna be waiting 10 to 12 minutes for your order no matter what.

Wow absolutely worst McDonald's in El Paso. The Employees seem to hate their job too and serve your food with no manners. I ordered a hot coffee and it was super cold and asked if I can get another one and the lady yanked the coffee off my hands and they had me wait almost 30 min in the drive thru and I had to walk inside to get my coffee. Absolute piss poor service. I know fast food is hectic and I understand what comes with it but at least have some manners..

Horrible customer service. Every employee is rude and gives you a vibe and face like we’re annoying them. The wait time are ridiculous. Even when there is no cars inside or in the drive thru we still end up waiting 10-15 minutes. Food is barely lukewarm if your lucky.. Other locations around this area are superior in every way. Place needs better management.
