Understaffed causing delays morning rush hours. My apologies I didn’t have enough time to continue my observation of the situation. Now that I’m home, I’m not blaming the staff. They were fantastic. They were busy keeping up with demand just that if they had a front desk, person posted for customers like myself that pay cash does they need to order over-the-counter such as I did and the manager, I believe that’s who she was was very courteous, respectful and professional and taking my order and another gentleman that happened to come by behind me and a third but I’ve noticed many fast food establishments are understaffed Denny’s Wendy’s, Burger King, Taco Bell, Kentucky Fried chicken etc. I don’t know if this is a trend with corporate and keeping it that way in order to save money or is it just that citizens do not want these jobs and why are they underpaid? That’s something to look at. I went into a Denny’s day before in the evening. Oh, I’m sorry IHOP not Denny’s in the same location area and it was completely empty. Not one customer I was able to enjoy my meal my coffee and only two other groups actually came into to dine, but I found a strange how empty it was is it our economy? Is it because a lot of layoffs is it because a lot of bankruptcies it’s a weird strange trend that I personally am witnessing. It’s just a personal observation.

If there is one thing I hate! When I'm trying to give you money and you ignore me. Standing at register for over 7 min and I see you looking at me, But yet you do nothing. Ridiculous! Also I may add ask for everything you need after they finally show up because after they leave if you need ketchup, or napkins its another wait.

horrible service… came in after a night out & all I can hear is the whole crew yelling/singing (music blasting) while I wait for them to work on my order. And “Gloria” laughing making jokes while having the drive through window open.

The girl at the pick up window with the braces needs to work on her attitude. I forgot to get a sauce when i ordered and she had the biggest attitude when i asked her for it and slammed her window shut after she gave it to me. If you dont wanna work there, just quit. I didnt realize it was the end of the world to ask for a sauce

I just ordered 1 meal and extra fries and I was told to go park for a simple small order. What happened to only big orders had to go park and wait? I had asked for ketchup and didn't realize they didn't add any until I was on the highway. Now I have to drive back and make someone look dumb because they lied and were too lazy to add 2 packets of ketchup on a bag with 2 fries 🍟 🍟 🍔

This location is always messing up my order, and the service has an attitude whenever I ask them to fix it. The biggest issue is with their frozen drinks — they constantly hand them to me only half full. When I tell them to fill it up, I get eye rolls and a “whatever” type of response. It’s frustrating because it feels like they don’t care about giving good service or getting the order right.
