I'm a pretty understanding person and when i say i am patient i really am. I've had fastfood jobs ans i know it can get challenging with the fast paceand sometimes bad customers. Therefore im always polite, patient and grateful. This McDonald's is the worst one in El Paso by far. They always and i do mean always get every order wrong. Everyone has an attitude the minute you pull up to the drive thru and it doesn't get any better when you pull up to the window. From the employees to the managers, their customer service is the worst. They walk away or close the window without saying anything. They act like it's an inconvenience to give you any sauce or when you tell them the oder isn't correct. I understand times are hard but you working somewhere you hate and treating people that just want the food they paid for like they are bothering you is insane.

I experienced poor service at this location. The wait in the driver thru was excessively long, and I waited for a long period of time for someone to answer me to take my order.After placing my order, I had to wait an unreasonable length of time for food preparation. The delay in receiving my meal was unacceptable.Overall the service was subpar.

I placed an order for my co-workers and myself and had two forms of payment. I get to the window and tell her $18 on this card. She said okay and tells me your order will be given at the next window. I told her, I asked you to charge $18 to that card and the rest i was going to pay you cash.” Her response was, “you have to pay the cash first.” Like i know this because i work there. Asked for a manager explained the situation and him too, “you needed to pay her the cash first.” I asked for a refund.
This is probably one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to the drive thru women can barely understand English and never can hear when I’m speaking loud enough my food is always cold and old its really sad that you can’t get a decent quick meal

Do not park cars and give them half there food and forget about them ! I waited 30 minutes parked and was for got about . My kids food was cold . At least remake my whole order so my kids don’t have to eat cold food ! Horrible
