Bad service ,too many workers inside but nobody to ask <> they just looking at me like we don’t care ….this is not a team work ….everybody is not cooking at all so there is no excuse

Order the grinch Big Mac meal today. Food was cold. The Big Mac was not a big Mac. It was a quarter pounder with cheese with the big Mac sauce on it. When I called the store to complain about the issue. They just hanged up on me and just ignored me when I went up there. If I could I would give this place -10 stars
Even thought they had a full line outside not only that but the inside was popping to and they managed to get me out in a very respectful time and with a smile.

My Coworkers and I got the new Grinch Meal. I feel like the workers didn't give a damn how we got our food. The fries weren't even filled in the box. Like they pinched the box to make it less. The fries are not coming out of their paycheck. Give people what they pay for. Also drinks were flat and had no carbonation. Do better with training during a rush. It's not hard.
