Worse Mc Donald’s always 30+ minute wait still get the order wrong , ordered on the app to avoid the line still waited 25 + minutes for a happy meal ! and I still had to cut in line and go to the window for them to give it to me never going again

Our order was missing a 20 piece nuggets, and our burgers were cold, ordered through the app. A few weeks ago. Went through the drive thru and we were missing a wrap.

Put in an online order for pick up, get there and they are closed. Why can you order on the app if the location is going to close. The staff member simply said order at the other one, yeah I guess after already paying. Now have to wait up to 7 business days to get my money back.
Everytime I go this place its dirty and stinky, especially this time. The manager is no where to be found and the employees are busy playing. We couldn't find a clean table to sit at, then a customer was choking and threw up next to our table. No, employee came out or cleaned it in the 30 minutes we were there, 15 minutes to get our food. And it was wrong as well!!! Not sure how it's still open?

I had a frustrating experience with a manager named Raquel/Rachel at this McDonald's location. I called to follow up on an order I had placed,because it wasn’t showing on my app and Raquel—who spoke Spanish—told me she didn’t know what location I was calling and insisted there was no order for me, then hung up. So me placing the food for my daughter I drove all the way to the store and asked for help… Running into the same lady that answered the phone, she rolled her eyes and spoke in Spanish to another manager, seemingly telling them not to assist me.
Thankfully, the other manager stepped in and resolved the issue professionally. But when I asked Raquel/Rachel for her name at the end of the interaction, she pointed at her name tag with clear attitude and then gestured dismissively, as if telling me to leave.
I’ve never felt so disrespected at a McDonald’s. I hope the company takes steps to ensure all customers are treated with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of the situation or ethnicity.

The worst experience with this place
20 min waiting for just a Happy Meal they sent me to wait I have to leave the car and go inside to reclaim my order
And they miss the apple 🤦🏽♀️

I was unfortunate enough to go there during a dinner rush on the Friday evening of 8/15. The restaurant was poorly maintained and dirty. Although the kitchen crew was working really hard to put orders together, they were an uncoordinated mess. Several customers that went through the drive thru had to come inside the restaurant because their orders were incorrect. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my daughter's happy meal and my chicken tender combo. To put it bluntly, the food sucked and the service was garbage. I will never visit this McDonald's ever again. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's, ever!

I ordered online because it was quick and easy and my son is collecting the Hello Kitty ninja turtle. I get there and they were out of the hello kitty ninja turtle. The app didn't say they were out of the toy. Very disappointed.

I was the first one at the split drive-through then they started taking the orders from the second one and while i waited at the first one I had a three cars go ahead of me whilst I was waiting for someone to attend me when they finally attended me it was extremely rushed and didn't let me complete my order when I tried to fix it she said to just pull up to the window I pulled up to the window and when she went through my order it was completely wrong it wasn't anything that I ordered and she said that it was the only one that was there, she even stated that whoever put my order in was completely off when I went through my order again I paid was not given a receipt but went to the second window and my food was completely off from what I had asked for when I tried to explain to the girl she said that that's what I had paid for and she closed the door on me was extremely rude and unsatisfied with my meal especially because it wasn't what I had asked for

Ya'll forgot something... so embarrassing
Forget all the negative reviews you’ve read. They don’t do this location justice. Firstly, the atmosphere is one which takes basic maintenance and cleanliness and treats them like an afterthought. The soda fountain is continuously sticky, the tables are usually in disarray, and the trash cans are filled to every single cubic centimeter. Don’t even get me started on the bathrooms. If you imagine the kitchen situation is any different, you’re mistaken. Cleanliness is bad; management and professionalism is worse. Should they forget something on your sandwich, they won’t remake it. You can expect them to just slap it on after the fact without so much as washing their hands or putting on gloves; I’ve even seen management commit this offense. Lastly, but possibly most importantly, be careful if you order decaf coffee. Not only do they regularly run out, but, if you do purchase decaf, there’s a chance they’ll simply dilute regular coffee with hot water and pass it off as decaf. To reiterate: if you have a heart condition do NOT order the decaf here. This dangerous practice is encouraged by management and I know that anyone who represents the McDonald’s corporation would be appalled by how this establishment is run.

This place has horrible customer service, at pickup they just look and you and choose to ignore you. Order can be ready and they just make you wait for the love of the game. I get it’s busy sometimes but attend customers first always !
