Worst McDonalds in El Paso, TX. Every time I order at this location on Dyer, my order is all way wrong or missing items. Today I ordered 2 frappes car side and was charged. Then they tell me they have no frappes, so I need to swap out for something else. WHAT? $9 bucks charged for frappes and what kind of drink am I gonna get for $9 bucks? Ridiculous! Made me go into store for refund. Wasted 25 min and ended up with nothing and have to wait 3-5 days for refund. AVOID this store at all cost.

If I could give u zero stars I would.. how yall gunna give a doordash order away to the wrong person after we waited 15 minutes for a small doordash order. Then expect us to wait for yall to redo it..nah the person ended up canceling their order because of yalls bs. do better for real yall making dashers lose out on money doing this bs... this happened yester day 12/06 by the way.. yall need to get it together

Waited for a door dash order and my coffee for 30 min. I saw the workers pushing both orders to the side for a long time. I had a large coffee and when I got it they didn't even put creamer or sugar when I reminded them 3 times. Worst customer service ever. I always dislike getting door dash orders from this Macdonalds because they take years to give you a simple order

SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. THE LADY WHO TOOK MY ORDER WAS LAUGHING WHILE TAKING MY ORDER AND GOT MY WHOLE MEAL WRONG !!! I was very specific as well. There was a nice young gentle man who took my order out so that’s the only reason why this review would even deserve a 1 star

Every time, every single time I go. Your ice cream machine is ALWAYS broken. Either you serve or you don’t serve or to lazy to do it. Extremely frustrating. Might have to stop going and go to whataburger
The services was horrible and the staff were very slow. 40 minutes for my food to be ready. After it was ready it was sitting on the counter. By the time i finally got my food it was cold. I ordered chicken nuggets and didnt even get my honey mustard. The cokes were falt. Just horrible service overall.

As a door dasher and frequent customer, I find it disappointing that this location deserved this rating. The service is very poor, waiting to even get looked at by the staff, and constantly being ignored, the heavy feeling of discomfort just trying to talk to the employees should not be a thing anywhere. 1/5 would steer away from this location, the hygiene and food quality also reflects the attitude and arrogance of the employees.

Honestly, I have no complaints towards the food, but the restaurant isnt very people friendly, you pretty much have to order your food from a screen because getting someone on front counter is hard enough as it is, staff that isn't on the cook area just stand around, looking lazy and is not very eager to do much of anything besides to make you wait.
