Dirty, trash is over full, the tables are dirty had to ask for napkins to clean my own table and the soda machine had spilled sodas all over the counter area .trash bag must have leaked all over the floor as the took it out.. I'm sitting here waiting to see how long it takes for someone to clean it meanwhile an employee sits having her lunch right in front of the mess and does not tell another employee.. wow just wow .

Raquel, how are you a general manager for a international food chain? Are you aware that customer service requires, hear this, SERVICE!? Who would've known huh?It's already inconvenient enough. We walk into your store to order food and we got to talk to a screen. Let alone when we're standing in line, you walk away from us when clearly you are the only one who is manning the registers. But you want to hear the most exciting part of what you did while I was there during my visit, You walked away from me at the counter to go and push buttons and do absolutely nothing, besides walk around in a circle and crack holes with your employees. Maybe if you can't handle customer service you shouldn't be working at McDonald's. Do better!! Give the customer the service they deserve when they go buy your www product. That is simply customer service.

This location can be hit or miss on the food that comes out, and tonight was a HIT! The "A" Team must have been working! Our cheeseburgers and Hot n Spicy's were Hot and Fresh! All condiments and toppings were Abundant and equally distributed! We had enough napkins for the amount of food, the correct number of straws, and even the Dr Pepper tasted like Dr Pepper instead of diluted sweet carbonated water! What a pleasant surprise!!!!

Very bad experience, the manager, a very despotic person, did not take my order well and I went back to have it changed and they gave me the food cold as if it were from the refrigerator and to make matters worse the girl who gave it to me threw it at me, it's at McDonald's of the dyer

If I could give zero stars I would...Idk the managers name but she had 2 buns as a hair style...She was very rude ..very unprofessional...giving attitude...what got me mad was that she yelled at some kid telling him to hurry up...he was a disabled kid...my burgers were cold , my fries were burned, n my chicken nuggets were cold n undercooked...That manager needs more training...she shouldn't work there if she doesn't like her job...Never again will I get food from here...
