This store sucks!!!! I’ve ordered a couple times and every time has been bad service. The first time they told me to park for two mc chickens and when they came to the spot, the guy shoved his arm inside my car through the window🤦♀️
The second time I gave them another chance and ordered 2 mc chickens again and they gave me the messiest sandwich (singular) I’ve ever seen. The mayo was Litterally not even on the sandwich and all around the wrapper.
Last time was today when I ordered online to give them 30 MINUTES to bag my breakfast order and when I went to go pick up (5 minutes after 10:35) they said my order was canceled. I understand that breakfast is done by that time I even worked at McDonald’s for a year and some change, however I know that the only thing they had to do was bag it…. It took 30 minutes for my order to be on the screen for them to bag. But instead they decided to not do it.
I am usually not a Karen when it comes to ordering bc I fully understand how it is to work at fast food. However I know when crew members decide to be lazy…..

Can't even make a coffee. Asked for splenda ans gave me sugar. Anybody with diabetes would be in real danger coming here as they do not care to provide accurate orders. Worst thing is, they did not care to fix it

This place is a disgrace (note the rhyme). Sure, the food is fine, but service and surroundings play a huge role in the experience as a whole (note the rhyme again). Ordering was okay, but it was afterwards that things started spiraling. My sister had to wait five minutes at the counter for someone to acknowledge her and give her the sauce that should have come out with our order to begin with. And then a little bit later, as we’re all sitting down to eat, some bozo exits through the emergency exit, triggering the alarm. This would be totally understandable and forgivable of course, except it took about 10 minutes for someone to come out and turn the obnoxious sound off. Finally, as my siblings were finishing up I decided to buy myself an ice cream before we all headed out. I go up to the counter to just order there cuz I had cash and I wanted to ensure that I would be able to receive my order. And I wait. And wait. And wait. A line begins to form behind me, while the entire time employees are milling about in the back, glancing at the counter from time to time but not caring enough to come over and take a simple ice cream order… after about 10 minutes of being neglected I gave up and my family left. The food was okay overall, but if you want friendliness and good service, I would advise going elsewhere.

11-26-25 i hope corporate sees this review yalls building is mad disgusting. 🤢 tables are mad dirty sticky food all over the floor seats & table. Restrooms mad dirty and smell. walking in this builds isn't pleasant at all. disappointed AMERICAN 🇺🇸 HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVE

Is McD even fast food anymore? Takes 10-15 minutes to make it through the drive thru. On a Sunday with 4 cars. Customer service/atmosphere is horrible. No hello good morning/afternoon? Just straight up “what do you want?” Or “what can I get ya?” No “thanks, have a nice day” or anything. Guy at the window handed me my receipt and just stared at me. The But what should I expect? It’s a McDonalds. The chicken mcgriddle tasted stale, old and cold. The hash browns were nothing but pockets of grease. What’s going on??
