How can you order one thing a carmel Frapp and 2x they didn't have it ready and had to park in the pickup area and wait over 30mins. Tried to order a few times the same thing and were told they are out.

Must be a shortage of tartar sauce, and what little bit they gave me was off to one side of the bun, that might have been steamed,but was cold before I had a chance to find out,slow service, and don't bother with the table numbers,they don't deliver

This is literally the worst McDonalds. The fact that I even am commenting on the state of this place should be an indicator to how bad it is. When you walk into a McDonald’s you don’t expect it to always be clean or perfect but this place is just crazy. Firstly they got my order and about 4 other groups of people’s orders wrong. All the people waiting upfront were being ignored. My burger was also wrong, I ordered a double quarter pounder and of course they gave me a single, one lady ordered 10 burgers and they gave her 2. One gentleman ordered a happy meal and they forgot the nuggets. That’s not forgetfulness that’s just ignorance at that point. The condition of the restaurant was trashed inside and disgusting restrooms smelled like urine. I had to wipe the table myself because there were no clean tables in the restaurant. My food was burnt fries were burnt. The state of this McDonald’s is deplorable.

Wait times are ridiculous regardless of what is ordered. 30 minutes for two drinks was the last straw. Wont be visiting this location again.

Very dirty place, need get their shit together. Bunch irresponsible staff, inconsiderate and unconscious of the place environment people come to enjoy family night. They never have anything right nor in stock and staff just walking around ignoring clients and chit chatting. Management too lenient messing around also. If you can avoid eating inside do so. This location pretty much adds negative reputation to McDonald's.

We waited for 20 minutes for coffee, we had to call and remind them we were parked. Then when we did get the coffee it was terrible. Always happens here. We will not be going back. Go to the one on Dyer, the extra drive is worth it.

Forgot my food. Worst in El Paso, I was waiting 30-45 mins on two occasions. I recommend you go to the Walmart McDonald’s across the street, I’m sure they’re faster!

The personal was lost they took a long time with my order. I went to ask twice for my meal, the second time that I went I saw my order sitting there for like 5 minutes and they wouldn't give it to me I had to ask again and it was complete and they finally gave it to me after the third time that I asked

Incredibly rude youngsters seem to be what this location hires. Playing with hair while handling food and one guy digging in his nose looking for gold, then slyly looking around and eating their snot then handing a customer their food.

8 times out of 10 our order is wrong (missing items, food made wrong, and soda that tasted like soap). I intend to report this location to the health department as well as we had hair IN OUR big mac.

This location either needs new management or to close entirely. Wrong food, missing items, and some sort of gunky grime in her coffee. We called about it and the manager was rude, condacending and laughed and just said "just eat it, it won't hurt you".

They have no idea how to run the drive thru taking orders in whatever order they want. I sat waiting to order while THREE cars in the second order lane ordered and drove off.

All your employees, minus one kind lady who usually takes payment are rude beyond belief. If they don't like to work then don't, but yeah treat customers like garbage because that seems to work, right?

It was one of my frequent stops. Our grandkids love McDonald's. I only have one issue with this huge chain. The restrooms are below standard. My wife and I travel the U.S.A to a few different states every two months. Our goal is to see every little town within each city. Let me tell you that after a bad experience at one restroom, I started documenting restrooms at every stop. McDonald's has a grade, D. Some worst. If the employees are using these, you have to think about these conditions when ordering. It's not just McDonald's, gas stations, reststops, and so on.
