Is McD even fast food anymore? Takes 10-15 minutes to make it through the drive thru. On a Sunday with 4 cars. Customer service/atmosphere is horrible. No hello good morning/afternoon? Just straight up “what do you want?” Or “what can I get ya?” No “thanks, have a nice day” or anything. Guy at the window handed me my receipt and just stared at me. The But what should I expect? It’s a McDonalds. The chicken mcgriddle tasted stale, old and cold. The hash browns were nothing but pockets of grease. What’s going on??

I went to purchase two decaf coffees with milk. Not only did it take a long time for me to receive them, but they were also served cold. I asked the young lady if she could provide fresh ones, which she did, but this time they came without cream or sugar, only black. I honestly don’t know if this was intentional, but it was not what I ordered. I am a regular customer, and mistakes with my order happen almost every time. The service is consistently poor.

They park people to help their drive through times but that means the buisness is not able to properly track how long its actually taking to get the orders out. Burger king stopped doing this years ago for a reason.

This store having such a low rating explains why it was so dirty and all ice cream was out of stock. They don’t even stock napkins or they forgot to give people cups and mixed up happy meals.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of Ethan and Steve they are the only ones I've noticed really working and are quick to help resolve issues with customers. I have seen multiple orders go back due to them being wrong as well as my order. Most orders were either not made right or missing items. All the fries for my order were cold and they didn't even give us half the amount we should have gotten, my bacon quarter pounder was missing the bacon. I had to ask for a rag to clean a table to sit and eat at and to help out a bit I cleaned all the tables in the dine area. The whole place is littered with trash and dirty floors. When I took my burger back to get it fixed I observed employees standing by the fry station eating.

Very little to none parking available most taken up by drive thru waiting parking afew handicap ♿️ infront. The food we received was burnt to a crisp and had so much oil still dripping from it. Not my favorite location. 08/13/25.

Ordered McFlurries at 801pm via the drive thru. After we paid they had us pull off into a drive thru spot and waited over 30 min for 4 mini mcflurries watched at least 15 cars go though the drive thru getting cones and food. Why us and the car next to us chosen to wait over 30 min? Absoultly ridiculous. And they served a car that pulled in 20min after us their mcflurries and drinks as we were waiting!

Kicker...We went inside to see what's going on and they said oh we'll go make them now, came back and said oh we don't have the ingredients!

Honestly they need to better I placed my order at 6:21p.m. In the store I received my food almost twenty minutes after. I ordered a nuggets kids meal and didn’t receive the sauce I had three orders of fries with meals that I purchased after waiting twenty minutes I would assume they would have been fresh but I guess not. As me and my family were eating I remember I order four chocolate chip cookies that I didn’t receive so I went back to the counter to let them know I waited patiently to try and get the attention of any employee but they were all to busy talking amongst themself. About eight minutes pass finally I let the guy know I didn’t receive the cookies he then ask the other employees about the cookie they all looked lost I’m assuming he went to the back to make them fresh so I’m standing at the counter waiting for him to tell me anything for an additional three minute. So I decided to go eat with my family and wait patiently .Now some time has went by and me and my family are ready to go so I go back to the counter to ask about my cookies and everyone looked lost one again they most have given the cookies out to someone else because I had to wait an additional five minutes. Mind you I order my food at 6:21 p.m. I didn’t receive the cookies I purchased until 7:05 p.m. that’s actually crazy

My boyfriend waited 45 minutes for his order which the workers gave out to the wrong person TWICE. Ended up just getting a refund and leaving. Manager said it was because they were busy but they were not. Several workers were just sitting in the back on their phones.
