The personal was lost they took a long time with my order. I went to ask twice for my meal, the second time that I went I saw my order sitting there for like 5 minutes and they wouldn't give it to me I had to ask again and it was complete and they finally gave it to me after the third time that I asked

It was one of my frequent stops. Our grandkids love McDonald's. I only have one issue with this huge chain. The restrooms are below standard. My wife and I travel the U.S.A to a few different states every two months. Our goal is to see every little town within each city. Let me tell you that after a bad experience at one restroom, I started documenting restrooms at every stop. McDonald's has a grade, D. Some worst. No food, only drinks. Decided to stop because McDonald's has clean bathrooms and the bathroom was dirty, the toilet paper on floor so not usable. The girl took drink order and forgot to give us the cup for soda. The Frappuccino was extreme sweet so could not drink it all.
