9/03/2025 @ 7:30 or so. Arrived at the drive-thru getting ready to order and Valerie the manager as confirmed by her coworkers! With an attitude said “I said give me a minute”. After waiting to take my order I repeated my order again for confirmation just for her to say “Yes, I heard you” for you to be the manager you sure have some balls talking to customers like that . Let alone for your own coworkers to say “Yea that’s our manager Valerie, we get that a lot from people”. Get off the mic with that attitude, and for you to be called the “manager” is embarrassing!

I don’t understand the point in using the app to order ahead if they are still going to park me and make me wait. This is not the first time this occurs. And then they come to my window asking what my order was. Finally got my order but when I checked it, I ordered large fries and got medium fries in a large container. I’m sure other people complain about fries not being full. I don’t understand why this problem keeps occurring. My first job was working at Mc Donald’s. My GM at that time (Angie Vela) would always push for full fries. The GM at this store needs to get it together.

Their coffee is horrible and super expensive now. Almost $5 for vanilla iced coffee, I’ll rather go to Starbucks at that point. The coffee was horrible, tasted absolutely nothing like coffee but only milk and some nasty sugar. Absolutely disgusting. Probably not the workers fault but McDonald’s has probably change the quality of their coffee. Everything else mediocre as per usual. Only stopped there because that was the quickest option.

I order a number 7 which two cheeseburgers, and I got one McChicken sandwich and one cheeseburger. How do you go get them mix up. I guess they can't tell what is beef or chicken. I ask two BBQ sauce, and I only get one. On the receipt I pay for two BBQ and two cheeseburger meal.

With all respect, i came to McDonald's today,and i got a soda cup and there's were no ice and yet the soda mostly the coke tasted nasty and the sprite barely was good, and the food all cold and the fries cold,it sucks have a nice day.
