I waited more than 5 minutes in the drive-thru before they even took my order, while on the other line they were serving all the cars. When they finally answered to take my order, I asked to speak with the manager, and honestly, she has no professionalism at all. I don’t understand how they put someone like her in charge of a store. Very bad service, and the way she speaks to customers is not appropriate.

Wait for an order for 30 minutes. I can hear the staff cursing in the back. Customer is missing food item and constantly have to go to the counter for their missing food. Cashier drop cup on the floor picked it up then put the said cup back on the rack.
