Slow, cold no love
I was there for an Uber Eats pickup. The staff just kept their backs to me. I didn't know if they received the order or if someone had already picked it up or if I was there to place an order myself. They kept talking to each other. If the Ecolab guy want there, they wouldn't have looked at me at all. Not that that made them acknowledge my existence. There use to be a monitor that showed what orders they were working on already but they keep it turned off. The app said the order should be ready by 2:20am so I left after waiting a few. This happened June 17th.

Everytime I go there's an issue with something, its only on the overnight. I have lunch at 4 am and I literally order my food before leaving the parking lot of my work so it'll atleast be ready soon after getting to the location. And everytime Im disappointed either having to cancel my order or wait and eat on my way back to work. Idk what the workers are doing, I know some things are out of their hands but come on. It's fast food so customers expect it fast not 20 minutes after placing the order. It's not even busy when I go either, at the most there's 2 other cars aside from myself.
Horrible service, forgot more than 1/2 my order and wanted to recharge me for it, even with the receipt. Hire more competent people.
It's food. The best part is the indoor playground.
I am a door dash driver, today between the night of December 25 and 26, the girl who assembles the door dash packages has the most rude and disrespectful attitude. As door dash I'm one more employee in truth that that girl should be sent to back of the house because her customer service is disgusting
if i could give zero stars i would. i came in for a pick up, there was at LEAST 5 workers in the front engaging in conversation and i know they saw me when i walked up because we made eye contact, yet no one here bothered to acknowledge me. at one point they even brought out an order and if i hadn’t said anything, she wouldn’t have acknowledged me. how is it that you have 7 employees visibly working the front and not one did their job. crazy.

nah bro I tried to use the app to get %40 off a 20 piece and when I ordered and I think the lady misheard me and offered me a free 10piece I was confused and decided I can clear up the miscommunication at the window. My order was supposed to be a 20 piece with ranch and buffalo, a basket of fries, medium sprite, and medium sweet tea. When I got to the window I tried to explain to the girl that I meant to order a 20 piece and that I was probably misheard, she read back that I ordered a ten piece and everything else I ordered and I cleared it up to say that I was just trying to get that promotion (40% of a 20pc) she makes it seem like I’m doing something wrong and has to call her manager over and tries to say that I’m trying to order 30nuggets and I’m like “no I just need 20 please” they decided not to charge me for some reason and then when I proceeded to the next window they give me bbq sauce and sweet and sour, and unsweetened tea, with a ridiculous amount of ice to where it was a struggle to put in my straw. I don’t think it was much of an accident because the girl at the first window even read my order to me and I confirmed it. I feel like they acted out like this just because of that miscommunication which isn’t really appreciated because I just wanted to clear things up and I wasn’t trying to get anything free from them, just 40% off my 20 pc :|

Went to purchase food at Mcdonald and waited 30 min to get my food. Did not receive my order correctly, and it did not taste good as advertised. The car in front of us was just in line and talking to the clerk. So I will not be using Mcdonald and I will tell all my friends of my experience.

Lately this location has been awful with wait times both dine in and drive thru. No point in ordering ahead.
I had placed a mobile order and when I approached the drive-thru speaker, I was told the restaurant was closed (but there was still people in the dining room). It’s frustrating honestly, the restaurant shouldn’t be able to accept mobile orders if they claim that they’re closed, & now I have to wait 7 days for a refund? How unprofessional… just sharing my experience.
