absolutely horrible like always. i always try to give the benefit of the doubt but it is ever time i come here. went for my 1 hour lunch break and i know the drive through is usually pretty long so i ordered curbside. not a large order at all. parked, put the number in and a couple of minutes later said it was coming out. well 5 minutes went by, then 10, then all the other cars were getting theirs so at the 20 minute mark, i had enough and i went inside, didn’t get acknowledged at all. saw my order wasnt even put together and they just put the receipt to the side. all the associates were standing there talking and messing around. absolutely horrible mcdonalds. one hour lunch break turned into waiting here for almost 30 minutes for a sandwich. much rather go out of my way to the one on transmountain. they are always so much nicer and actually care. management here needs to be fired

Hate doing a mobile order through the app and going to pick up my order at the pick up spots but when I arrive the spots are taken by delivery drivers that aren’t even in their cars! This needs to be addressed!

seriously disappointed with the service at this mcdonald's. i waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru just to pick up an order i had already placed thru the app. when i went in to speak to an employee, i had told him what was going on and showed him my order on my phone he then grabbed my phone pressed something and for some reason after that said my order was cancelled. i told him why didn't they inform me when i was speaking to the drive thru employee. he then just walked away. another employee came to speak to me and showed me a receipt with my order on it and she told me just to give them a few. i then had to wait another 20 minutes to receive my order and it was still wrong. honestly just very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.

This McDonalds is the worst. They are incredibly slow, and CONSISTENTLY forget items I order. I have just made an announcement to my entire household that I will never again pick up food from this location; I'm missing half my friggin order! I know their staff doesn't get paid well, but for goodness sakes.
Don't go to this McDonald's in the morning. Unfortunately the managers is so incompetent. Save yourself the hassle.

Tables were so dirty not one was clean table to enjoy my food, trash can was so full that the trash was placed on the top if trash can were the trays go.No working Ice machine, no napkins, I had to wait a while for them to provide me with ketchup, and picante sause, the staff would just see me standing and ignore me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
