Took like 45 minutes for 2 basket fries and cookies and they didn’t even gave me the cookies, I didn’t notice at first that the cookies were missing because I took to out . This place is very dirty and the workers act dumb at work, I saw one just doing nothing and talking with other workers.

Just ordered and got the completely wrong order... i used my mobile app and this has been a problem before... really frustrating but I guess I need to check my bad after every time they hand it to me. Just sucks

Food needs to be HOT, like it used to be, NOT barely above room temperature. If I take time to come inside your establishment, you should greet me with a smile and put me in line when I get there. Not wait on 5 to 10 vehicles at the drive through first. And treat me as an afterthought. Oh, I guess I should help the person that actually took the time to come in here! Any and all McDonald's do this. Drive through is priority. What about people that come in. We always have to wait. That is wrong. What happened to customer service??? We stopped going to McDonald's for over a year because of all of this. Things are still the same. That's not customer service McDonald's.

This place needs to shut down!!!! The only reason it stays is because it's the only one in the area.
They dont friendly with dasher and uber driver ! Waiting very long time to pick up even though your oder first but they dont care, I waited for a long time and saw more than 10 customers who came after me order and leave before me! while my order was long before. I was waiting 30 minute to pick up order for customers! Its horrible
