It's a high traffic area, tables need to be cleaned, floors, counters. Need napkins, and straws available. The Manager is too laid back, not getting things done faster. Some customers were waiting for more than 25 minutes for their orders. Might want to work on that.

I tried to be patient and kind but the staff here ’made that super difficult. I came around 11:45pm, i work in customer service/hospitality too and just got off a 12 hour shift and just wanted some food before going home. The staff wasn’t taking orders at the drive through, i counted 3 cars in front of me that got upset and left. I stayed and waited for my order to be taken because i gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was later in the night and they may have been short staffed. they finally took my order and told me to go to the first window. I checked the time and after 7 minutes they still didn’t come to the window to take my payment, i honked to get their attention and instead of someone coming to the window to help they’re laughing and gossiping and saying “look at this b***** honking” as if i can’t hear them loud and clear through the window. That really pissed me off, i went inside and spoke to the manager and told her she needs to get her staff in check because that is not okay. the manager was nice and asked what my order was but at that point why would i even want the food anymore??? Thankfully the whataburger across the street is open 24hrs and even though whataburger had half the staff that mcdonald’s had at the time, at least they were respectful and i ordered, payed for, and received my food within 10 minutes at whataburger.

Numerous amounts of orders through doordash and the orders are never complete. I'm always missing some items from my orders. I understand there are rush hours for them, but they still need to be making sure everything in the order is in the bag.

they start the bew spicy nuggets,i went to the drive true and ask for regulars nuggets because my kids noto eating spicy,whe my kids taste then the was spicy,last yeat happen the samething,they cooking the spicy and regular in the same oil oor fryer ,but they dont care, also i talk to the manager they still the same problem
The last couple of times I went through the drive through, I had much better luck. Of course, I didn't order anything other than a hamburger and a coke.

It’s McDonalds, so don’t expect much. With that being said this is the worst McDonalds in all of El Paso. The staff constantly changes, and nothing ever improves. Most of the time they are really slow, and no one that works here is friendly. The food they serve you is either cold, old, or very stale. This location gets a lot of traffic because where it is and yet nothing ever improves. Not sure why people continue to give them business, probably because it’s convenient. I drive a few more minutes just to go to the one on Woodrow Beam. Overall, try and avoid.. all the reviews are true unfortunately.
