If you enjoy missing items, wrong food, and pure frustration, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. Out of all the McDonald’s locations on the east side, this one is hands down the worst. Not “once in a while” bad — every single time bad. We ordered food with three drinks. They forgot one drink entirely, gave us no straws, and somehow every drink came out with zero ice. How do you mess up drinks that badly? Then the food: McChickens with no mayo and no lettuce. One of them literally had two bottom buns — not even a joke. And of course, no sauces again. They always forget the sauces. Always. At this point, I genuinely want to know who is hiring and training people at this location, because the level of incompetence is actually impressive. It’s like they’re competing to see how badly they can mess up a simple order. The only reason anyone still goes here is because it’s cheap and convenient — and somehow they still manage to screw it up every single visit. You’d think they’d accidentally get something right once, but no. They constantly find new ways to surprise us with how terrible the service is.

This is our nearest McDonald’s, but it consistently disappoints us. The wait is always long, the orders are often incorrect, music is blasting in restaurant and the food is consistently subpar. I’m not sure if management has addressed these issues with their staff, but the negative reviews on Google paint a clear picture. This location desperately needs more training, and management must take immediate action to improve the overall experience!

The staff at this McDonalds need to do better. Management does not gaf if the employees are on their phones, everyone is working the same station when everyone should be spread out working on different things to speed up the process. My boyfriend and I waited for our meals for almost or over 30 minutes. Another lady asked for napkins, straws, and ketchup and waited almost 5 minutes, it really shouldn’t take that long to grab those simple things. All the staff and managers are young so it seems like there’s no rules or discipline while on the clock. My boyfriend stops here for his hour lunch’s often and says their whole lunch is just spent waiting for their food. I know the management will just see this review and laugh and brush it off but if it was the other way around, you guys would be saying the same thing. Please do better.

I'm all over El Paso so I go to majority of all the McDonald's.. and this is probably the 2 worst of them all... They don't have a complete staff all the time especially in the morning they have one person taking your order taking your money making your order and handing your money... And they turn off their phone so you can call him an complaint... Whoever is the main manager of this place.. it's getting paid for not doing their job

I grabbed my order through curbside pickup on my way home from work, anticipating a satisfying meal. Upon inspection, I discovered that everything in my order was correct, except for a significant oversight - they had forgotten to include two McChickens, which I had specifically requested. Determined to rectify the situation, I attempted to contact the restaurant by phone on four separate occasions. Unfortunately, despite my persistent efforts, no one answered my calls. This experience has left me feeling quite frustrated and disappointed. Not only did I not receive the complete order I paid for, but the lack of response from the restaurant has compounded my annoyance. The time and effort I've spent trying to resolve this issue have been entirely unproductive, making the whole situation even more exasperating. It's disheartening when a simple fast-food run turns into such an inconvenience, affecting both my meal plans and my overall customer experience.
