Ordered online got all my stuff, xcept for strawberry shake took it back, they gave me a strawberry smoothie. They took the strawberry smoothie back put whipped cream on top of it and then gave it back to me and said it was a strawberry shake.

Asked for extra buffalo at the window, only gave me one extra when I got my food at the second window so asked for 1 more, said they charged, that’s fine I had the change ready, he said he didn’t have a register & had to get back in line. It shouldn’t be more than 50cents for a cup of buffalo, could’ve just given it to me atp or just taken my change. Such bs. Tall black man with the most beautiful eyes is the empoyee that gave me this wonderful experience:)

I usually go to this McDonald's specifically since its on my way, and am always greeted with workers who have a bad attitude because they're working. Today, I went for the Mcmuffin deal and realized they charged me for the egg one instead of the regular. I tried telling the lady at the first window and she couldn't be bothered. Went to the second window and told the guy there that I ordered the one without egg, he told me to pull off to the side. I get my food, get home, open it up and realize they gave me an Egg Mcmuffin without the sausage!! I swear, I always get an attitude from this McDonald's

I ordered using the McDonald app, it was confirmed on the drive through but when I arrive to get the ticket they said that was not order, I spoke to the manager and let her know to put the money back to my card, it never happened, looks like they are stealing orders.

I door dashed from them, a ten piece chicken nugget, and bacon quarter pounder meal. I eat the quarter pounder, it was good! Tell me WHY I open my chicken nuggets, and FOUR OF THEM ALL READY HAVE BITES TAKEN OUT OF THEM?! I KNOW it wasn’t the doordasher since the bag was properly sealed. I don’t know what’s going on with these workers but that’s disgusting. I’m not ordering from this location ever again.
01/11/2026 update: I just ordered McDonald’s DoorDash from this restaurant on accident- cause I knew this location was awful with their quality after the chicken nugget incident. And I simply got the quarter pounder. Guess what, pink in the middle, and when I squeezed it, blood came out. I wish DoorDash gave the option to block stores you don’t want to order from, cause this McDonald’s location would be the first one.

Disrespectful Door das and local food vendors selling there Tacos to McDonald's employees parking in placards handicap spots there reply when asked to park someplace else there answer is mind your business it is my business I m handicapped This is BAD Business take care of this problem
I like this fastfood restaurant because it's close to my work . Only thing is that when I ask for ketchup i dont know if it's on purpose but never put it on the bag . That's why I ask when im ordering so they can charge it if it ain't free but still it does not add it in my order
