Paid alot of money for breakfast delivery and they forgot the best part of breakfast COFFEE!! I have been trying to call for the past 30mins to speak to someone about my order and they do not answer the phone.

So today my friend and I, went to this McDonald’s drive thru, and the guy who was working at the drive thru didn’t know how to count the money. My friend felt so embarrassed. When I was about to leave I asked for my receipt, and he proceeded to say “ it’s just a penny and a receipt 😒” with an attitude. He was so rude!!! btw he looked super young!!!!!

My order was slightly delayed in the drive thru and they threw in some bonus items. Great service!
Twice this week, they served me last nights coffee. Once the cream doesn’t lighten up the coffee color, you know it’s old coffee. I guess they think people don’t notice (taste) the difference. Everyone looks forward to a FRESH cup of coffee!

I'm running out of places to go the service sucks so much. Asked manager on duty if she had a rag so I can clean the table and she gave me napkins and just walked off and never had table cleaned. Disgusting post COVID the virus lingers in Mcds.
