Called store asking them to save the trash as my retainer was thrown away. The manager hung up on me. I called back and she wouldn’t pick up. I had to call her from another number and she magically picked up. I asked her to hold the trash and she told me she already threw it away. I asked her why she hung up on me and she didn’t say anything and I tried to ask more questions to find the trash and she could not understand what I was saying. The food was burnt and nasty and I didn’t get any napkins with my order so I had wait I. Line while my food got cold to get some napkins. Would not recommend this restaurant bc of rude staff.

There were only 3 young ladies doing EVERYTHING and they worked hard like a well oiled machine- with constant Christmas traffic. Of course there was a wait with this kind of business, so even though I would give the ladies a 5 for service and food prep it was not their fault there was wait time. Someone was always being served. It is the fault of the manager not to get them some more help in the busiest time of year!!! If you want better ratings pay a living wage and hire more employees without expecting them to be robots!

This location were great I’m aware they start serving lunch at 10:30am and since my daughter goes to school half a day I wanted to make her day special by taking happy meals for her and her classmates. After going to 2 different locations this location were able to sell and have 14 happy meals ready by 10am props to the manager for allowing it! Very grateful that they’re able to do it 🫶🏼

Horrible service and attitude by the manager, Luisa. Someone should fire her and teach her how to treat people.
I was really happy that this location opened, but I’m honestly disappointed with the service at this location. I come here somewhat often and every single time I’ve made an order, it’s wrong. Every. Single. Time. I usually brush it off, but I decided not to because the order wasn’t mine tonight, so I let them know today. The girl at the window was extremely distracted and seemed to have zero clue whose order was whose, named three different orders that weren’t mine and ultimately still gave me the wrong meal. I was parked at the window for a good second just trying to situate this. I’m really disappointed because this is en route to work and school, but I don’t think I’m coming back here anymore. This happens every single visit.

I have never experienced such a kind lady before her name is luisa store was extremely clean this lady was helping all the hungry kids and giving what you would call an exemplary customer service being here was by far the most peaceful and enjoyable

Although our food was alright, the place was dirty, and not a single employee said a word to us. AND WE ORDERED AT THE COUNTER. It was super awkward. Waited 5 business days for our food and nobody else were waiting on food. Employees were screwing around by the friers when one of them could've been cleaning a table or the play area.
