I called got hung up on when tried speaking to manager she said hello how can I help once I started to tell her she hung up I called more than 4 times no answer very un profesional.tried getting my meal tht a distinct manger had replaced for me told her about tht an she hung up

Today I visited the McDonald’s located at Paisano and Alameda with my two children. While placing my order at the digital screen, a young blond man approached me asking for money, and I noticed he had a machete on his waist. I immediately informed the on-duty supervisor, who acted quickly by asking the individual to leave and calling the police.
The young man realized that I was the one who reported him and began shouting, which made me very concerned for my safety and that of my children. Fortunately, the police arrived within a few minutes, and the situation was resolved.
I appreciate the supervisor’s prompt response, but I believe it is important to strengthen attention and vigilance regarding who enters the restaurant, especially when families with children are present, to ensure a safe environment for all customers.

The worst McDonald's ever based on wait times. I went through the drive-thru this morning at about 7:24 a.m. and didn't leave the drive-thru at 7:46 a.m.. There was no way to leaven the lane because there was a curb around the lane. When I asked why the wait was so long, the reply was that they have a lot of people inside...I arrived late to work. This McDonald's always had a bad turn around time in the drive-thru, morning or night.
Service is always quick and MAN. Fresh! I went after work to get a double quarter pounder and it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in my life. Super fresh, even looked aesthetically beautiful lol. And I’ve had a lot of mediocre McDonald’s from other locations. This location is managed very well. Keep it up guys

So tired of these restaurants trying to charge for sauce, if you want a snack wrap don’t get it here, they’re mad greedy here. Spent 13 dollars for some dry snack wrap because I refuse to spend an additional fee for something that should be part of the overpriced deal
