I'm handicapped, I can't walk, much less carry a cup of hot coffee. I asked for cream and sugar, and they told me i needed to bring it to the counter... I CANT PROPERTLY WALK!! AND IT IS OBVIOUS!!I CANT BRING A CUP OF COFFEE TO THE COUNTER!! next time, if you see a handicap person, just help him. I hope I'm the only one with this problem

I put three stars cause it can be a hit and miss at times here in el paso. The ones they hire to make the food can end up getting your order incorrect or make the food not well. This issue is becoming too common 😒

Once again couldnt order because I don't speak spanish ? Then get the drive window slammed in my face bc I only speak English the morning manager is very rude on top of the younger girl that works there early morning she got pissed bc she only speaks Spanish learn English. Manager with red lipstick smeared all over face smh ? was rude also. I don't wanna see that mess at 6 in morning.
Have been here twice and both times have been extremely unpleasant, the wait for sinlge menu items was bad, I'm talking a 20 minute wait on a McMuffin. Ridiculous.
