Wish I could give no stars. Food was cold and people were very unfriendly. When we talked to the manager it was like she didn’t care. They might as well be a drive through location only. On top of that I had to walk to the back just to ask for napkins for food I had just ordered. Never coming back to this location and urge others to stay away as well.

Lady kept getting my code wrong and when I ordered they said I couldn’t get my deal and another option from menu management is just as bad as the employees. Ended up leaving mind you it was a meal on menu I was paying for

This is a very clean McDonald's compared to others, it was exceeding my expectations because I thought it was a 24/7 location, but I realized I was lucky to get in at 11:40pm but right after I completed my meal the closed the door when the door shows an schedule of 24 hrs at least Monday thru Friday, I hope management pay attention to this review because there are a lot of McDonald's that they're closing the doors a lot earlier of what they supposed to.

This McDonald’s has good management and excellent employees. Today 8/22/25 at 2:25am I ordered 2 fresh and well done MCchickens and they were cooked exactly how I expected and it was delicious. Thank you for not being lazy like other McDonald’s

It’s the same as any McDonald’s. Manager was cool and chill cause all she did was give me my order. It seems like they’re understaffed so just give them a little room to work.

Poor customer service. Order some ice creams through the mobile app around midnight for drive thru pick-up. When I get to the speaker they told me they didn’t had ice cream after midnight (THEN WHY HAVE IT AVAILABLE ON THE APP🤔) and basically offered me to change my order for something else or they could issue a refund. I didn’t had any issues with it, and opt to get smoothies instead. They took forever almost 15 mins, and the guy who handed me my order, told me with the worst attitude in the world “Our ice cream machine works, you just have to come before midnight” like I was an inconvenience for them or he was just miserable about the situation. NEED TO TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ON PROPER COSTUMER SERVICE TACTICS, CAUSE EMPLOYEES LIKE WILL TAKE YOUR BUSINESS DOWN.

Honestly they need more staff here I only hope that’s the problem but they do not pay attention to the dinning room area at all customer waiting to pay or orders they only pay attention to the drive Thur mornings are worst literally have to yell to the back for someone to help customers inside
