This place is depressing. They have removed the self service fountain drink machine, the price of food has increased tremendously and one cannot even take ketchup because all self service has been removed. But one must order using their machines and the receipt doesn’t even print out. The employees were nice when bringing the food to the table but this place has just gone down hill. I had not been to McDonald’s in years.

Waited at drive thru window for 10 minutes my fries where under cooked then waited another 4 minutes for ketchup and manager is a kid never going their again! Rude service!!!

Worst customer service, the guy on the drive didn’t even care about taking the order correctly, forgot to add the condiments and we had to get into de restaurant to get them. He never said the total a the speaker and when we got to the window he only ask if it was the two number 5s, when we asked for the recipe he handle us an empty ticket. If you don’t like your job don’t make it a bad experience for the customers!!!
