Every time I order from here my order is wrong. 3 times I've asked for no ketchup or pickle. 3 times I have paid for extra cheese. And 3 times my burger has had ketchup and pickle with no extra cheese. They take your money and feed you trash.

They take a whole lot of time with the orders!! I even had to go in and when I told them the time I was waiting they gave me my order but it was all cold and they had to give me a new order! Yet again they took their time and just a waste of time and it’s close to where I live that’s why I go there. It’s just a terrible service!!!

don’t know how to make good fries.Bad customer service. everytime i order a spicy chicken deluxe the tomatoes are hanging out and the chicken isn’t even in the patty along with lettuce everywhere but in the sandwich and the sauce looks like they just squirt it on like they don’t care which they don’t.

I wish I could say this happens all the time and I should get over it, however when my daughter opened her nuggets and bit into it and it was raw chicken. It wasn’t just one nugget it was all 6 of them. I also ordered a quarter pounder and it was raw. I called the McDonald’s and made them aware of it the guy on the phone told me to come in they would take care of it, I bring the food to show him and he just throws it away doesn’t care to look and than they remake my food so I check It before I leave. My remade quarter pounder was again completely raw I had to send it back and have them REMAKE another damn quarter pounder. Serving RAW FOOD is a major concern and a problem especially when they remade the food and it was still raw when remade. The people working started laughing when I showed them they gave me another RAW item. DO BETTER!!

Forget to give me two 10pc McNuggets meals and I didn't realize until I was home 40mins away. I called in and they ask me to drive back but that's to far. Unacceptable that they couldn't at least accommodate me for a future visit. Horrible location, they park you just for your food to be cold and items missing.
So I just went it’s February 5th and they had messed up my order like 2 weeks ago and yea they replaced it but they messed up again and forgot my drink like if it’s not one thing it’s another the manager needs to review who his workers are cause there messing up

They won’t accept orders from 3:30 until 4:15 because they’re setting up for breakfast. So essentially it’s closed from 3:30 until 4:15. They always have the worst service. Has happened multiple times it’s shameful. Sadly it’s the nearest McDonald’s to my home but I’ll take my business elsewhere.
