Was going to be a wait in the drive thru they wanted me to park further up behind another car okay no problem will it be long they stated no fine so what’s the difference if I wait here then because food is not out okay if it’s going to be long can I just get a refund I’m really in a rush order was 16 and some change they gave me back $15 plus my change I had which was 3$ manager didn’t know what happened to my other money and refused to give it back till I provided a receipt does McDonalds just hire anyone now days that don’t know basic math? This isn’t the first time I had issues at this McDonalds

Spent 15-20 mins waiting for my food......twice they gave me someone else's order......finally they hand me mine it has the receipt on it and they still got it wrong -i trusted they finally had it right but they still messed up - unfortunately I had already left they mixed up my order with someone else's. Next time if you're gonna make us wait at least get our orders right. The guy handing out the orders wasn't even verifying who got what, first time I asked him is it mine is it a chicken sandwich? He said yes ready to leave, I peaked inside the bag and it wasn't mine.

We are from Houston this is the worst service of McDonald's ever. Waited at least 15 minutes in drive thru just to be at the window to wait another couple minutes just to be told park in a parking spot to wait for 2 Coffees! As well my order was mobile order.
