4/20/2024. I placed an order at 5pm for happy meal and 10pc nuggets. Took them 30 mins. When I went inside for a refund I was expecting 2 man crew.. it was a full crew. Figures manager has no training in customer service. He never said a word.

Horrible, they take forever to give you your order, there is no point in ordering it curbside with time, it still takes half an hour for them to give it to you and it's always the same here

Everytime I go drive thru always a 20 min wait just for small orders and they just fill up the curbside pick up for drive thru orders. Have no issues like this with any other McDonalds only this one.

Food was hot and fresh, service was slow and the atmosphere was very uninviting for someone not from around this area.
My son is alergic to milk and cheese. I always order a double burger with no cheese. As i did tonight and my ticket said double hamberger No Cheese. But they gave us a double cheese burger. With cheese. PLEASE READ THE TICKETS., this is a weekly issue. Your job, working at a fast food resturante is to make sure my food is fast, my fiod us hot and my order is right.
McDonald's is my go-to fast food spot. I can always count on them to deliver a delicious meal quickly. The food tastes fantastic, and they consistently get my order right, which is rare these days. I'm incredibly thankful for their attention to detail and efficiency.

Very upset , fries were Old. Very hard. I remember when this was the best item to eat before. Sandwhich was ok but fries were horrible. Couldn't eat them.
