DO. NOT. GO. INSIDE. Since the remodel and reopen, the counter has been abandoned and there is only one person literally running to deliver mobile orders. Delivery driver was waiting 20 minutes before she gave up and cancelled the order. I’ve been here 25 minutes now.

This McDonalds has significantly gotten worse, morning management always seems like they dont have anything under control. Not only that but they don't even do the simplest thing ever like add ketchup to your bag or even worse. They’re “out of ketchup” like how does a big chain like that run out of ketchup? 💀
