This McDonald's at the Coronado site on North Mesa in El Paso, Texas, is the most unclean dining room that I have ever experienced. As a San Francisco native and daughter of a multi-restaurant owner, I appreciate fine dining but McDonald's is my favorite casual restaurant. This particular restaurant which is across from a Carl's Jr, will be the last time that I ever visit this establishment.
Already turned off by an unfriendly atmosphere with zero employees available and kiosks in your face, I was forced to find a dirty table to clean by myself. Almost every table had food trash and debris and the floors that were dirty, sticky and were strewn with trash! The garbage bins were overstuffed and were unsightly and completely unacceptable! After speaking with the manager who DENIED speaking English, I spoke to her in Spanish and told her it is the natural expectation of a paying customer to want to experience a desirable and clean dining room. I asked for the reason for the neglectful and unsanitary condition of the dining room. She said it was not her responsibility and I gasped! She told me that she would clean the dining room when guests arrived. I said, well I'm already here, don't I count as a guest? Because not a single one of you have stepped out in the last 40 minutes that I have been here. Except until I watched you, the manager, go to the bathroom and scurry back behind the counter. The other Spanish-speaking customers were nodding their heads in agreement as I firmly brought it to her attention that this was extremely unsatisfactory and that it was her direct responsibility for the management and cleanliness of the restaurant and to please the customers. I told her not only would she be receiving a horrible review from the the survey that is provided from the receipt, but that corporate will be hearing from me as well. And that Google is now a recipient of my of my disgusted opinion of this neglected and filthy franchised McDonald's. Shame on them and someone, in particular this manager named Cielo, if not all of them, should be fired for refusing to take accountability. Lack of training, ignorance or sloth.. whatever it is, there is no room for excuses when McDonald's prides themselves on efficiency, excellence and great customer service. If that's how the customers are treated, I wonder how the employees are treated. I might be the first whistleblower, but let's get it started. 20 minutes wait for curbside order. Sometimes it’s all good, sometimes they get orders wrong/missing items, sometimes they give you only half of what you order.
I guess it depends on the crew they have working at the time.

Today, close to 10:00 a.m., I ordered a $2.00 sausage and biscuit along with a large unsweetened iced tea. When I arrived at the payment window, I was charged $3.69. I handed the cashier $4.00 and received a receipt and one penny in change. The receipt, however, was for an iced coffee, not for my order.
I remained at the window to let the cashier know the receipt and change were incorrect. He closed the window, stepped back, and continued texting on his phone without acknowledging me. I then drove to the pickup window and explained what had happened. Although the gentleman at that window was kind and tried to help, the manager did not come to the window.
I was ultimately charged an additional $0.20, bringing my total to $4.20, even though my original order should have been under $4.00. I did receive the tea and sausage biscuit, but due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

Horrible service. Very uncleanly and food was dry and old. Ordered two separate orders with tablet and table service and both times they left our order at the pickup counter

The middle aged women in yellow shirts need to be retrained or let go. They have been there for years and never improve. The only reason they greet people, if they do, is the new feedback prompt in the app. The yellow shirt meaning helpfulness has been lost on them. They act like every mobile order is a surprise. Always busy with everything but customer service. Not friendly, not accurate, and they make ordering through the drive thru a chore.

I got food poisoning from eating here, with nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, and fever. This McDonald's does not feel welcoming at all. The design is cold and the service was not friendly. There was a person high on something, very dirty, very smelly, and not in his right mind, asking for food.

DoorDash orders are always messed up or missing stuff :(
The never come to the front desk inside. Never give fresh food, never have ice cream and never have it clean. You have no choice but to do drive thru

Have not been inside a McDonald's restaurant in a while and it is so uninviting. No staff to be seen. Kitchen is fully blocked off so we can probably not see the staff being unprofessional( as you can hear them goofing). This is nothing like the inviting friendly place I grew up enjoying. Why would you bring kids to a dark location. Saddened by this state of restaurant.

The nice lady that always calls customers “love” used to be the reason this used to be the best restaurant and customer service experience ever. As of a month ago my interactions with her have consisted of her hysterically going off about how she’s the only one working and shouting how we need to wait since she’s short staffed. And mind you this is unprovoked. She just goes off without anyone rushing her…This last time I had an interaction with her before I placed my order she was already going on about how she’s was the only one cooking and doing everything and she huffed and puffed at the fact I wanted to order an ice cream. I had to firmly tell her that I had no problem waiting and that she didn’t have to exude the hostile and hysterical demeanor she was portraying. She caught on and apologized but wow…. I hope this restaurant gets more people hired because it’s starting to take a toll on this lady. It’s gotten super unpleasant. Will be visiting other mcds in lower sunland park.

Keep telling myself that I won’t go back to this McDonalds. The last few times that I have ordered something is always old, cold and cooked over and over plus the friendliness of the people there is something to be desired of. I ordered a crisp chicken sandwich this morning plus fries. The chicken seemed to have been cooked over and over, very greasy and the fries same way. I will definitely won’t be visiting this restaurant in the future. If people would leave reviews maybe management would take action.
