Have not been inside a McDonald's restaurant in a while and it is so uninviting. No staff to be seen. Kitchen is fully blocked off so we can probably not see the staff being unprofessional( as you can hear them goofing). This is nothing like the inviting friendly place I grew up enjoying. Why would you bring kids to a dark location. Saddened by this state of restaurant.

The nice lady that always calls customers “love” used to be the reason this used to be the best restaurant and customer service experience ever. As of a month ago my interactions with her have consisted of her hysterically going off about how she’s the only one working and shouting how we need to wait since she’s short staffed. And mind you this is unprovoked. She just goes off without anyone rushing her…This last time I had an interaction with her before I placed my order she was already going on about how she’s was the only one cooking and doing everything and she huffed and puffed at the fact I wanted to order an ice cream. I had to firmly tell her that I had no problem waiting and that she didn’t have to exude the hostile and hysterical demeanor she was portraying. She caught on and apologized but wow…. I hope this restaurant gets more people hired because it’s starting to take a toll on this lady. It’s gotten super unpleasant. Will be visiting other mcds in lower sunland park.

Multiple times giving this location a chance, but every time I’m disappointed in the preparation of the food. It is always poorly put together.

Keep telling myself that I won’t go back to this McDonalds. The last few times that I have ordered something is always old, cold and cooked over and over plus the friendliness of the people there is something to be desired of. I ordered a crisp chicken sandwich this morning plus fries. The chicken seemed to have been cooked over and over, very greasy and the fries same way. I will definitely won’t be visiting this restaurant in the future. If people would leave reviews maybe management would take action.

Older Manager with glasses and black hair is very rude in the morning. I’m a paying customer and she is always rude! Someone fire her already! Makes it so uncomfortable being a paying customer. She’s a older lady that wears navy blue with black hair. Something is up with her attitude. I’ll report her to corporate! I’m practice being a good person, but this person needs help! Possibly Anger Management!

Specifically asked if they had the F1 kids meal toys and the lady said yes. I received a lilo toy instead and when I asked to exchange it she told me I could go to another McDonalds.

This McDonald’s is next level good! I went at like 3am after the bars. I put in a mobile order, but there was some sort of system glitch, so they initially told me my order could not be processed, and would be refunded. I was obviously annoyed by this, but then the manager, Catherine, came around, and said that they would make it work for me. Beyond that, the person who took my order, Sania, was the perfect example of how to deal with a less than friendly person in the middle of the night, and Irving, who was also in the discussion with me when I was irritated, was super cool and professional. They made me my food, and even upgraded my drink, which I didn’t deserve, I vow to be less Karen in the future, even if I’m hangry. Thank you all.
