This McDonald’s is next level good! I went at like 3am after the bars. I put in a mobile order, but there was some sort of system glitch, so they initially told me my order could not be processed, and would be refunded. I was obviously annoyed by this, but then the manager, Catherine, came around, and said that they would make it work for me. I had the pleasure of visiting McDonald's for breakfast this morning, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! Upon arriving, I noticed a long line, which usually would make me hesitant. The food was fresh and good, but the staff didn’t seem to handle orders efficiently. I had to stand and wait a long time for my food in the lobby. They seemed more focused on drive-thru orders than on lobby customers. I understand drive-thru is important, having worked in fast food myself, but their process could be better balanced.
