The worst McDonald's in all of El Paso, TX. Save yourself some trouble and time and go somewhere else! Their employee Chelsea, a young girl, is extremely rude and lacks even a speck of customer service skills. I've done surveys in the past to express their lack of professionalism and order accuracy but they just don't care. Sadly good customer service is a thing of the past!

Starting off McDonald's was my go to for breakfast but after covid I don't know what happened but I wasn't feeling it anymore I'm starting to like it again so I went on a trip to Arizona got some breakfast I'm sorry to say the hasbrowns were terrible they were overcooked broke apart like cookies the worst part didn't get our creams and sugars so tonight I'm back home stop at McDonald's for dinner get order drive home and there was items missing oh no not again so we call and the young lady a manager named Isabella took care of us and made it right I've always eaten at McDonald's I've never had any issues maybe a missing ketchup I just want to commend your maneger

Food was brought to my table no smile no welcomeming. I was eating and a employee started to sweep my section where I was eating. Then she proceeded to start mopping i stopped eating and left. Next time I'll just eat in my truck!

Ordered a 6 piece nugget and got 4 which were cold, fish sandwich that was cold and hard around the sides like it had been sitting for a few hours, fries were cold and limp.

I order food with no cheese. They verify that it in fact, has no cheese. They give me cheese anyway. I try to call them to let them know I have a dairy allergy and they gave me cheese. They don't answer. 7 calls later and still no answer. Whoever is in charge needs to make sure they're checking each order before it goes out. It's not hard. Why make it hard?

Big Mac sloppely prepared with Cold Fries. I havent had a Big Mac in decades. I usually order a Quarter Pounder with cheese. I really go for their French Fries. when prepared correctly, they are served Hot and Crispy. I miss the Old Days I guess?

The staff is always super nice, the food is ok. I marked it down because this location seems to be a bit more expensive than the other locations as well, also you cant get your own soda or refills. I hate having to bug to get more soda since I have dysphagia and need to drink alot of liquid when I eat.
