Oxtail dinner w/white rice & gravy, blackeyed peas and yams. Pretty good! But, if you take back some of the salt please and add cornbread to your menu....BECAUSE YOU'RE A SOUL FOOD RESTAURANT! Then you can get a 5th star!

A Coheart sent me a picture of her plate telling me how delicious it was. I went immediately and it did not disappoint. A large portion for the price really set it off. I requested my pork chops fried hard and she did. Great thing is they were still tender and juicy. Oh my and the black eye peas and green beans were so flavorful. This was enough for two servings so lunch tomorrow is already planned. There is Uber Eats door dash just to name a few. I wish I had known about this place sooner. It’s a food truck and when I tell you she throws down in that kitchen. Go get you some.

Do I returned today to try the chicken wings collard greens Mac and cheese and and of course I got another pork chop black eye peas and green beans

Food was great. Had the oxtails with rice and yams. Every bit was favorable. Someone else ordered the pork chops. Those were tender, seasoned well and had the perfect fry. Kid loved the fried chicken and okra.

We had the pleasure of trying Soul Food at the San Antonio Brunch Festival, and it was such a treat! Every bite was full of flavor and made with love. The seasoning, the freshness, and the way everything was cooked to perfection truly reminded us of authentic, home-style soul food. We’ll definitely be looking for them again—highly recommend if you want food that’s both comforting and delicious!

Fried catfish may have been the best I’ve had! Shrimp, baked beans and Mac n cheese were all on tasty. Highly recommend.

Great service ,but oxtails and black eye peas were to salty ,yams needed to be boiled a little longer , maybe I came on a bad day but today wasnt it (1st time trying )

The food was great🔥 it was fresh and hot. The greens are so good and the Mac and cheese actually taste like homemade bake Mac and cheese. The catfish was juice. I will be returning.
