Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Sitting in the lobby for about 30 mins saw a young lady cleaning and keeping her self busy. While a gentleman Benjamin a girl Karen and their manager laughing at the counter, seeing each other giggling. Think they should do a better job on training these kids…. Next stop… calling corporate

Me and the boyfriend two cups=$25!!!! Yikes when did it become so expensive? Nice variety of toppings but I could get better tasting and more affordable from Yogoberry. I will not return.

Always take a photo of the cake you want to order as proof. I showed the girl behind the counter the cake i wanted for my daughter's birthday. It had pretty red piping that looked like rosebuds. I come to pick up my cake and she hands me some valentines looking cake with hearts and red candy balls on it. Then the girl proceeds to argue with me and says that I chose this cake. If my daughter didn't have her heart set on a menchies strawberry cake I would have returned it in a heartbeat. I JUST SPENT 50 BUCKS ON THE WRONG CAKE! SO DISAPPOINTED! Won't be coming back to Sunland location again.

We have been to lots of Menchie’s before. We went into this one for the first time. Having an autistic son its very hard to get him to eat anything other than very plain foods. We decided to get our usual which was the vanilla snow. We filled up our cups. Put some toppings on and went to the register. The cost for 2 cups of ice cream was $17 and we sat down to eat it. I thought the price was a little expensive but what the heck. my son took a bite and said it didn’t taste right and something was wrong with it! I tasted it and what I realized was that it wasn’t frozen yogurt or ice cream it was ice milk. It’s like eating a vanilla flavored slushy. We told them this and they said well it’s frozen yogurt not ice cream and I told him I was aware of that but that you could see that it was not even frozen yogurt. He went up and got a sample of the cake batter flavor and it was creamy and the way it should be. They kept arguing with us about the vanilla snow flavor. They didn’t tell us we could exchange it for a different flavor or that they would give us our money back. I showed them the cup and told them that vanilla snow is supposed to be white and this is sort of a tannish color. I don’t know what they were trying to pass off, but someone should investigate that. it’s a bait and switch situation. This should be frozen yogurt. It should taste soft and creamy. Not like you’re eating a vanilla flavored slushy. I know the difference between frozen yogurt, ice cream and ice milk and what this was was cheap ice milk. We ended up throwing all of it away and left. So we completely wasted $17! Not only did my son say it tasted so bad he made me buy him a bottle of water which they sold to us and still asked for a tip on the purchase screen! Completely disappointing will never go back into that Menchie's again!

They had a deal 2 pre packaged ice creams for $8.99, then they said it would really be $10.99 then they charged us $22. Never going back.

Super expensive - they doubled their prices since the pandemia - WATCH OUT we got three small yogurts and it came out to $18.99. The flavors are good but no where worth the price. The ice cream from Juarez is 10x more flavorful and much cheaper.

Refused to give us service because one of the people in the group had a medical condition, then refused to give us the name of the manager and the Owners name and phone number. Apparently this is a chain and they don't care about people just making money. Head over to a mom and pop private company to get treated like a human.

Will never support this chain store since they are Anti-American. Let’s support mom and pop stores where you feel welcomed and they deserve to prosper. Need to always support grass root companies since they represent America ??????Peace out box stores ✌?✌?✌?
