Cake had the wrong name. Went in person to place a cake order. Confirmed every detail on the cake form with manager. Went to go pick up my cake the day of event, name was spelt wrong on cake. Thanks for the awkward conversation having to arrive to a room full of people, with the wrong name on the cake.

As we entered, all employees were all on their phones, nobody said welcome except for one employee. Floors were extremely sticky and the whole place in general looked dirty, and yogurt in some machines weren’t frozen enough. I like Menchies, manager really needs to step it up.

Menchie's ice cream is a very happy and good place to go it's very yummy!, But the customer service is just off we told one of the workers called Micheal that the ice cream machine wasn't working and he told us to wait to so we did and then my sis was just going to try again to see if it was working and like he gave us a BOMBASTIC SIDEYE and he gave us a DIRTY LOOK‼️‼️‼️‼️?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️

I love it here and love the outdoor seating but I would disagree that it's inexpensive. We came in at 7:00pm and it was a mess inside, the attendant more preoccupied with drawing a sign on the chalkboard. I think management needs to stress the importance of keeping the topping bar tidy because the young kids that get employed here don't care otherwise.

Went last night, it was raining and the employees had put up all chairs, there was no where to sit, it was get your yogurt and get out, felt unwelcomed
We had a great time picking our toppings and enjoying the day. Will come back for more

Not too many flavors & the ice cream is not creamy, it tastes more like a watery flavor. They do have A lot of different toppings and they’re really good.

The male employee was working hard and doing a good job while the two female employees played on their phones. The place need a good cleaning but they were too busy with their Netflix and chill time. Very sad. Wake Up owners!!

Horrendous service. Both girls at the front refused to weigh the ice cream(1) and check us out. We asked multiple times if we could pay and they stated "I'm sorry I'm busy talking to her (another employee standing at the other register) and we don't have any additional help, can you just wait" (we were the only customers in line).
