It's cool. I'm okay accordingly to how u get. By the weight. U serve urself too. It was very cool.

Great first time visiting this location. Was impressed and astonished to the huge variety of yogurts and cakes options. Selection of cup sizes and convenience of self service at one's delight. Plenty of toppings to add to your choice of flavor for the day... They weigh your servings multiply by 0.73¢ per ounce. If you have a big group it adds up quickly. But worth every cent. Would definitely recommend to all... Great customer service and selection. God bless 😇 🤗 🙏

We were yesterday 4/19/26 at 9:00pm and my complaint its about the training of the staff all young workers were all the time in the middle of the desk just chatting and the entire store inside and outside so, so dirty, (Manager I am going to call the health department definitely coz I imagine how could be inside) another thing some of the yogurts flavors were empty! Where is the manager ????? So those workers are paid just for chatting with friends?? and at the top of that if you don't tip they give an attitude. Horrible location.

Frozen yogurt is good but the staff is lazy and on their phones the entire time. I had to get their attention because they were too busy on their phones and theres 3 of them . What happened to good customer service

FroYo was great, only thing I didn't enjoy was the asking for a tip after I did all the work.

I didn't like it, the place is very dirty.

Amazing experience. I have always loved Menchie's and that will never change. I came today on a rainy afternoon… best decision ever. Menchie's always has great flavors and fresh toppings. I’m also a big fan of their handcrafted cakes. This place has never failed me with amazing customer service as you’re always greeted with a welcoming smile as you enter. Overall Menchies has always been a 10/10 experience for me.

Yogurt is good. Crazy how they want a tip to serve my self. Is the tip for charging me or for what I served myself im confused.

I've been coming to Menchie's for years, and it's always such a great experience. The customer service is amazing and the yogurt is so delicious. Arely has helped me out so much, she's so kind and really goes out of her way. Miguel, the man with the glasses, is also super helpful and always cheerful. He is always checking in on customers and making sure everyone's doing okay which is really appreciated. I honestly don't understand these recent negative reviews. The workers here are professional, respectful, and focused on doing their jobs. If some people learned how to treat others with basic decency maybe they'd have a better experience too.
It's simple, kindness gets kindness. Also, I'll admit l've shown up like 10 minutes before closing a few times (sorry about that!)and even then the workers are still polite and patient. And seriously, if you have nothing nice to say just don't say anything. Leaving comments about people's appearances is completely unnecessary and honestly just childish. Leave these poor workers alone and let them do their job in peace!

Every time I go to Menchie’s. I have zero problems. The staff does not bother anyone. They just do their jobs. Every staff member there deserves to be appreciated. Advice to “Karen’s” that disagree just stay home.

It’s strange to me that this young man is receiving unnecessary amounts of criticism and hate. Every time Ive been to the establishment I’ve been treated respectfully and never treated in any poor manner by this gentleman. To bring it upon yourself to come to the conclusion that you need to bring a man with you to a frozen yogurt shop because an employee is doing their job in making sure policy is being followed, is beyond due for a whole reassessment on the situation. The people who are “defending” this man aren’t followers, we simply know they aren’t capable of this false narrative that’s trying to be painted onto them. Menchies is more yummy than craze tbh🙏🏻😜

Miguel the manager was on welcoming my family and explaining how to serve us. Him and his team is awesome. We will go back again best ice cream don’t believe any other comment they are saying. Ugly people that want to hurt this amazing young man. Very professional person . Thank you Miguel

I went today to minchies is so clean. The comment of Joe is a lie. This young adults work very hard they have the best customer service ever. The place is spotless and they make you feel so welcome to have a fun day out with your family. Best ice cream in El Paso.

What amazing experience with my whole family at menchis. Best customer service we had . Amazing management and team they have everything was outstanding and professional. Clean area . I believe the Manager Miguel shine the place with his team as welcoming. I give a 10 star rating. Ice cream so good . I will go back 💯.
