Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

The place is super hot. I asked two young ladies about the ac and stated they needed a code to access the ac thermostat and sent a text to the manager. Unbelievable

What happened this was proudly owned by someone dedicated to his business. Now every time I go in there are changes to prices and young kids constantly either chatting to one another or on their cell phones to involved to be bothered by questions from customers. I guess customer service comes last

So yummy! Everything was clean and the staff were the sweetest..

Went in, and the place was dirty. The floors were sticky and most of the machines had puddles of yogurt in the catch bins. The attendant could not be bothered for help or to fill the fruit bar. Most of the fruit looked old and the counters were a mess. Last time I ever go to this Menchies.

Delicious yogurt! But customer service horrible. Super dirty! No soap in the bathroom. No hand sanitizer, all empty. Yogurt drains dirty. Five employees at the register talking instead of working and leaving the guy on his first day at the register alone. Asked if they had more toppings, they said no.

Only one word. Yum! Pecans and Heath pieces for me and fruit for my daughter. It's always a nice treat. 20% off if you have a VIP card.

My daughter had her 9th Birthday in July here, Loved it! Ana and staff was super helpful. They made this birthday special from even the smallest detail! My guest loved it.

Ana and staff made my sister’s 9th birthday incredibly special. Ana was super supportive and willing to help. This store went above and beyond. I love love love it. Definitely will recommend for any small event or party💖 thank you so much for making our party memorable.

Well designed. Having the cashier in a circular counter in the center of the ark with the yogurt and toppings seems more efficient. People can build their cup of yogurt and then cue up to pay at the center counter.

I think the texture of the yogurt was very good and the selection of pump syrup toppings is superior to the other stores I've been to.

Ridiculous expensive. Self services and they request a percentage tip . Hahahaha never comeback here

We used to enjoy eating here. Great frozen yogurt and toppings. Now the staff is friendly at first but if you don't tip them for doing nothing they become very rude. Will not go back to a place that expects their customers to pay their employees because they don't want to pay them well.

The waffle they advertise as “no additional cost” is included in the weight of the yogurt and toppings. I talked to the manager Arely who said the waffle is not actually free, then why do they tell everyone it is at no additional cost? Manager refused to provide a refund and did not even know what to say about why they advertise the waffle as “no additional cost” when it is included as part of the total weight at the end.

This location was so disgusting to sit and even enjoy your yogurt. Floors, tables, bathrooms and trashes overflowing. 5 employees working and all 5 behind the counter socializing not one trying to even clean up the place. Not very cost effective for the company to have that many people there and not working literally.

When you get a good tart flavor there’s no need for toppings. Tart cherry satisfies the tart froyo taste buds.
