I talked to the manager Arely who said the waffle is not actually free, then why do they tell everyone it is at no additional cost? Manager refused to provide a refund and did not even know what to say about why they advertise the waffle as “no additional cost” when it is included as part of the total weight at the end.

This location was so disgusting to sit and even enjoy your yogurt. Floors, tables, bathrooms and trashes overflowing. 5 employees working and all 5 behind the counter socializing not one trying to even clean up the place. Not very cost effective for the company to have that many people there and not working literally.

Love the selection of flavors and topings.I just wish it could be a bit more cleaner. Three employees available at the location, one could be at the register and the other two can be maintaining the place clean. Keeping an eye on the children who were making the mess. Also the fruit toppings needed to be refilled and as well a nice clean up. The tables were dirty. Over all I love the place.

Went here Monday, the location is a different one than our usual (the fountains). This spot was about the same, clean and what seemed to be nice staff yes we were greeted upon entering. The options are the same was hoping for a different variant or variety. The extras and toppings were stocked and full. Honestly if they would dish out More Vegan or non dairy flavors I'd 5 star it, 4 stars since it's only mango and pineapple I mean come on who wants Oreos on their pineapple frozen yogurt? It's the simple things but all on all good place.

Be careful when utilizing this location. My husband dropped his phone outside on the patio by the fire pit. We didn't notice till we got home. We logged in to find it was still at menchies. An hour passed, then an hour and a half and it was still at the location. The phone began to move once the store was closed. Leading us to believe it was someone on the staff. After a minute,we lost signal on it. Whomever took it turned it off. Untrustworthy staff. Such a shame.This is a lack of ethics, morals, and integrity. Will not be utilizing this location ever again.

This place is very dirty , BAD dirty , they ask us to wear gloves and sanitizer and then don’t even keep the place clean , my family and I got sick since the last time we got yougurt
