Mi Pueblito Cafe is a true hidden gem right on Trawood, and it's a wonder how many people, myself included, have driven past it without realizing the deliciousness within. Having been in the same location since 2012, they've clearly perfected their craft. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and comfortable, making you feel right at home. But the real stars are the staff, who are not only helpful but also genuinely kind and inviting. And the food? Simply wonderful!...
The food was great, the service was okay. The buffet style was great, but needs more staff to serve customers (portions control and fair).
Omelet station should be separate (away) from precooked selections in order not to cluster customers waiting to be served.
Then servers need to do rounds every few minutes to make sure drinks are filled or any other task is needed.

Very cool place! The food was awesome and service was on point. The food is very traditional, nothing was dry or overcooked, and the buffet was fantastic.
