Do not order from here. The owner closes the store whenever they want, even when the door is posted at 8pm. We order from their website, thats posted on the door and was told that they do not accept orders from their own website. When i came to get my money back she refused to give me a refund, she claimed they only accept orders from doordash. They are a scam and will accept your order and money even when the location is closed.

Food is VERY BAD. THE NOODLES ARE INSTANT NOODLES!!! Honestly they are deceitful, unclean and dishonest. I can’t believe they are still open. The chicken and pork were dry and not good looking. We kindly asked for another plate or a refund, and the owner, Tommy, who I could barely understand (language barrier or something) said he likes instant ramen noodles so that’s why they served it to us. He was also not wearing gloves while TOUCHING THE RICE WITH HIS BARE HANDS AFTER TOUCHING HIS BACKSIDE, UNDER HIS UNDERWEAR! We could not believe our eyes and left. THIS PLACE NEEDS THE CITY TO SHUT IT DOWN

The people were very nice, but that's all.
Gross is all I can say. The smell when you walk in was sewage, I ordered chicken and that was NOT chicken and it tasted awful.
I HOPE it was pork.
Don't go here. I tossed it and wasted 14 bucks.

I recently visited Mirai Bowl after several years, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. I ordered the salmon teriyaki and the crispy chicken teriyaki, along with a side of pot stickers. Right from the start, the food was overwhelmingly salty. The salmon portion was small, lacked flavor, and was far from satisfying. As for the pot stickers, they came straight out of a commercial style bag that looked like it had been bought wholesale and resold.
What truly disturbed me, however, was witnessing the young lady behind the counter drop a pot sticker on the floor, then casually pick it up and place it back into the red and white bag, returning it to the freezer as if nothing had happened. That moment alone was enough to sour the visit, but the problems didn’t stop there.
The chicken teriyaki, once a highlight of the menu, was dry, tough to chew, and missing the flavor I remembered from years ago. While it was indeed crispy, it felt overcooked and underwhelming. The only highlight, if you can call it that, was the presentation which was so erratic and abstract that even Picasso might’ve blushed.
All in all, this was a return visit I won't soon forget, but sadly, for all the wrong reasons. Mirai Bowl is struggling on several fronts: food quality, cleanliness, and customer service. I sincerely hope this review serves as a wake-up call. It's time to revamp the kitchen practices, bring in trained customer service talent, and start caring about the basics, cleanliness, quality, and respect for your patrons.
I say this not out of spite, but out of hope. Best of luck moving forward…

I came to get something here. And the guy there was extremely rude. I did lose my cool and cussed Instead of trying to keep his cool, he cursed back. Apparently, new because I haven’t seen him before, think he should be fired for having such an attitude. I left and went to Panda Express.
The other times that I have gone I have never had an issue until today where I apparently came across the owner (according to him). And while i did lose my cool and used profanity, for being in the service industry; I know that cussing back at a customer is never a good thing. I tried to find the main page for this company but couldn't. And went back so I could ask when the manager would be in, told him his behavior was inappropriate (to customers). And his managerial responsibilities should be revoked/fired. Someone with such a defensive and rude attitude should never be in charge. Most likely never going back now, which is (somewhat) disappointing. I had enjoyed the previous service (a female).

The worst teriyaki chicken I have ever had. It was dry and flavorless, it look like fried leftovers from rotisserie chicken. It tasted horrible. It was cut to very tiny pieces. Disgusting flavor! The only reason I am giving 2 stars is due to the friendly staff. Completely nasty and overpriced food!!
The cashier was super sweet
Horrible, honestly, I ordered a roll through drivers and it arrived quickly, very well, but the sushi was simply disgusting.
During my visit, I noticed that the prices charged did not match those listed on your menu. And when I brought it up, the issue was not resolved satisfactorily. Clear pricing is essential for a fair dining experience, so I kindly ask that you update your menus or ensure accurate charges to avoid confusion. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response.
Their customer service is great! They go above and beyond to make a customer happy. Food is yummy! Really recommend!
