Disappointed in my first time trying this place. The counter was ridiculously messy, all the add ons (lettuce, tomato, guacamole , etc) looked old dry and were uncovered. Not to mention there was a fly. The employee was just incredibly annoyed to be doing her job. The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because the chicken and rice weren’t horrible and the queso was decent. Although I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here.

Don't order delivery. I just ordered and paid double the price with delivery fees, etc and they left something off the order. They would not fix it other than offer to give it to me if I went to pick it up. If I'd wanted to pick it up I wouldn't have paid double to have it delivered. Not ordering from them again.

I have had Moe's beforeand we were driving by El Paso and happened to see there was Moe's I was supper excited at first but this is not like any other Moe's , they should be ashamed of the way they serve food cause that's not MOES quality usually when you come you get a huge WELCOME TO MOES! but the customer service today was horrible , we went through drive thru- and Angel was working he gave us no greeting no welcoming feeling ...come on a smile at least would be nice , our food came out a hot mess ! We had combos drinks no straws , and as we inspected our burritos, cause someone forgot to label it that's fine , I like guessing game , then it had everything we didn't want inside of it and why was it folded all weird !? ? rice was crunchy AND lastly those chips were so salty they were uneatable we ended up throwing them away . What a waste of time and money , if you like your burrito f***** up this is the place to go

Did an online order. Received my order bit into my homewrecker burrito and there was guacamole. Now on the website you can click or unclick guac. So obviously I un-clicked it for no guac due to me being allergic. Now mind you I didn't know that you can order a same size burrito with a different name that doesn't have guac. Anyways I called they were remaking it. I got there and the women through the drive thru was very rude, told me I needed to order something different if I wanted no guac, I told her then maybe the website should state that, and also make it to where you can click no guac, she states that's not her problem. I said well it's not my problem that I clicked no guac and you put it on there. Anyways they fixed both burritos they messed up on. I get back home and open my burrito and they messed up again, mixed up ingredients on both burritos, after telling them what is supposed to be on both burritos, and it stating on the receipt. But yet still messed up. Worst customer service ever! Very rude. I will be expecting not only refund, but a new burrito for not only being the only person that can't eat, but having to go back twice, and 3 burritos later. I do not recommend this location AT ALL. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STAR THEN I WOULD! I have worked customer service my whole life, I worked the food industry most of that time. I understand pressure, but I also understand that it really isn't that difficult to not only do an order and get it correct the first time. But also respect and how to talk to customers. When in the industry the customer is what makes your paycheck, what makes your business. Whether it is a franchise or not! Disrespect should not be tolerated at any customer service place no matter where it is located or what it is. As a women with a business degree, and In customer service/management I would be ashamed as an owner or manager to have incompetent and disrespectful employees in my establishment.

Today me and my lady went to the drive-thru we order some food in the cashier completely rude not even a hello or anything. My lady ordered a bowl steak was in the bowl . Also shifting style we have order was he the right at the end she didn't even ask us what kind of drinks that we wanted randomly just gave us drinks that we need even ask for

Horrible service. I went through the drive-thru and was “greeted” in a rude and rushed way. When I ordered the chicken stack, the girl didn’t even ask me what I wanted on it, she just said, “what else”. I ordered 4 total items and she didn’t even repeat my order. I get home and of course, the food was not what it should’ve been. Nothing was in the stack besides the chicken, beans and lettuce. To top it off, they didn’t give me salsa with the chips (which is complimentary). I feel like I just threw my $40 into the trash. Total waste of money and time going there.

Nice place... food is not that good. The steak is fake pre-made meat... If they used real food and cooked it there not heated up because it comes from a factory this plae wouldn't be that bad. The food will look nothing like the pictures....fake food no wonder it's cheap.

The manager here should be fired, had an attitude the entire time and took forever to get our orders although we were the only two in the line, no queso, no forks, almost all the drinks in the machine were out except coke. Would not recommend This Moe's to a soul.
