A good indicator of a bakery is its maranitos. Was there at 615 this morning and bought 4 maranitos leaving one in display case. Asked lady if they had more maranitos in back and she said no, not until bakers arrive later. Most bakeries have their bakers arrive at 2/3 in the morning to prepare/bake for morning rush.
