Hey, thanks for being open. I was stoked to drive across town from las cruces. Only to find, surprise surprise you were closed. And now everyone in my group is pissed off at another stupid vegan restaurant that fails as a business. Hours of operation are posted for a reason. And having an answering machine, voicemail, etc... to check would be cool also. Instead, we just went to Chuy's. That's a proper restaurant that is open when they say they are open. What a concept...

So grateful for Moonsi for pioneering affordable vegan cuisine establishments in the Lower Valley. We need more businesses like this that offer healthy alternatives to this community, it's so important!

Visited their location dowtown at Monarch and had the bratwurst sub--incredible! I had been craving a bratwurst for a minute and it delivered. Get it with sauerkraut, grilled onions, mustard and fries on the side. Yum.

I have been here a few times now. The food is absolutely great and I'm not a vegan nor a vegetarian. I am working on becoming a vegetarian and coming here has made my choice a bit more easier, than in my own. I highly recommend this place! Everything on the menu is worth the visit!
Was not expecting to have some of the most amazing flautas... holy smokes I can't recommend them enough. Amazing vibes. Thanks for such an amazing vegan menu. We will be back!!

The food was delicious and filling, I wasn't sure if I was going to like it at first because of my preconceived idea of what vegan food could taste like without ever trying vegan food. If you have that thought I promise you you'll be wronged when you eat this amazing food. I will be coming back.

Awesome small, cozy cafe. I had the flautas ahogadas....tasty. Will be back to try another vegan dish.

Best flautas ever!! My husband and I are not vegan and would eat here over and over because it's delicious. He now prefers these rolled tacos over Chico's any day. The flautas ahogadas are the specialty (I drink the left over juice by itself because it's too yummy to leave behind) but everything else on the menu is also fabulous! Try the "hibrisket" fries or panini. Also my fav!

I'm not a vegan And I absolutely love this place. I'll go all the way across town to get the best fries ever! Their flautas are the illest for realist!The restaurant itself is clean and welcoming &The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!
