I went for lunch and only wanted a single patty on the double Diablo burger combo. When I got to my seat to review and noticed that I was charged for an extra patty. I went to the counter to inquire about the error. The first person didn't speak English, and the person who rang up the food insisted that he input the order correctly even though he didn't even give me time of day to review the receipt and my concern.

I highly doubt i will give them another chance despite the food being good.

We visited at 4:00 on a Saturday. The restaurant was nearly free of customers. The order taking was slow. When we went to get our drinks there was no lemonade of any flavor, no sweet tea, and no lids for cups. The one accessible restroom smelled, was visibly dirty, and had no soap or toilet paper. The other restroom was blocked off. The food took a bit, but was worth the wait. Our order was correct and tasty. If this restaurant could get the dining room and customer service to match the taste of the food they’d have something.

The food took almost 20 minutes to come out. Only one single (family) restroom was open. It was filthy and it smelled like backed up sewer.

Tyler, our server, greeted us with a since smile. The burger are super tasty! The meat of the classic cheeseburger is super tender and the sweet potato fries are super delicious and crunchy. I recommend going here!

Ordered two combos but the soda machine was not working. Staff did nothing so I have tried contacting customer service multiple times. They have just ignored me. If you don't have any issues the place is good but they don't give a crap about not giving you what you paid for. No apologies, no refund for the drinks, nothing. Customer service sucks.

Really expensive and not worth it, messed up order, not what it used to be. Prices are ridiculous for the size of the meal. Shakes were horrible as well! Bad experience overall! Don’t recommend!

I recently visited an empty restaurant and waited around 30 minutes for two Paleo burgers and a kids' burger. I would rate the experience 2 stars because the patty meat was good and the sweet potato fries were decent. However, the restroom was disgusting, and after finishing my meal, I almost slipped because the floor was greasy. I paid $40 for two overpriced burgers, and it's safe to say that Mooyah doesn't live up to the hype. Additionally, the Paleo burger was not as advertised – I had to eat it with a fork and knife because it was served with two small lettuce leaves as buns, unlike what was shown in their online menu.

Poor Service and Dismissive Behavior from Manager

I placed my order today at 3:09 PM. After 30 minutes of waiting, we asked about the delay, and the staff apologized, saying they had lost our ticket but would start making our order immediately.

After waiting an additional 20 minutes, they brought us the wrong order. We informed them of the mistake and asked to speak with the manager. Not only did the manager admit he didn’t know what happened with our ticket, but he also dismissed the time we had been waiting. When I mentioned we had been there for over an hour, he laughed and said that couldn’t be true. When I asked him to check the time of purchase during the refund process, it showed we had been waiting 49 minutes.

This entire experience was extremely frustrating, from the lost ticket to the dismissive attitude of the manager. I would appreciate if this issue could be addressed.

Fries were cooked in old oil. The bread was cold and hard. They didn't have the lemonade options as they usually do. The didn't have the popular queso. The floors were disgusting with grime and oil that made them slippery. We ordered but left all of the food on the table. We were disgusted and disappointed . We won't be going back.

1. Customer Service is just bad. The guys in the back have long hair with no nets, lazy, sluggish, so when you receive your meal it’s cold and hoping it doesn’t have hairs!
2. Place is not even busy but took them 25-30 mins to get two burgers. Which were already cold by the time of serving.
3. Soft drinks fountain section is dirty and never has drinks.
4. No napkins on tables and or running low.
5. Restrooms, they feel like saunas and are always dirty!
Manager no where on site or someone in charge to keep up with place it’s employees and the place it’s self.

We were told when we ordered a shake that the machine was down then watched an employee make himself a shake. Then waited over half an hour for two burgers and a kids meal even though there was hardly anyone here. And when we got our food the burgers were cold and the fries were so burnt they were inedible. 0/10 don’t recommend

So I placed a walk in order. Haven't been here in a couple of years, their menu has changed since I last ordered a burger here, I guess to simplify it? Anyways. It took over 20 minutes to get my food. After seeing others that came in after me place their order, receive it and then start to eat it, I decided to go ask what happened to my food. It took them a few minutes to figure out that they gave mine away. They stopped on some of my toppings and then served me. I saw them messing with the fries but didn't know what exactly they did, but once I started eating them, I realized they didn't cook them all the way and they were checking them to see but figured I wouldn't notice. So the burger was ok, it was a little cold. I'm assuming they gave my aeay and had another one sitting there not knowing who or where it goes, hence the additional toppings they added. But the fries were the worst!!! They were so so soggy!!! And greasy! I know enought about cooking that means their oil wasn't hot enough when they dropped them in. Rather than making me a fresh batch, they dropped my fries back in for 10 seconds and then served them. They were disgusting. Between the taking forever to serve my food, the cold meat and the soggy and greasy fries, you can't expect the atmosphere being all that great since the food was so terrible.. Will not be returning here...

This place is extremely filthy the floor is so sticky none of the tables are wiped down, the soda machine is dripping soda all over the counter , the lemonade machines look so gross like they haven’t cleaned anything. The restroom is HORRIBLE it looks like a truck stop restroom with the hand washing sink half falling. The guy that took our order was so rude when answering questions, and they had nothing we asked for food wise. Ridiculous
