Best burgers in El Paso! Everything is fresh, the buns are home made, the patty is real meat. No nasty fast food flavors. The home made fries & milkshakes are delicious too

Been waiting for 30 minutes now with only 2 other couples in the store. I'll post back later if the wait was worth it.Ask for a refund and would just pay for the shakes. They said they couldn't do that.Waited even longer for the meals. People are now coming in and leaving after seeing 7 groups waiting for food in the dining area.

I have Celiac disease (can't eat gluten) so I was looking for a Burger place that had GF buns. They did and they were good, the homemade chips were okay, little stale but not very salty. The shake was kind of like a normal shake. The burger was good, Cheddar Bacon grilled onion. I'll eat here again. I'll try the fries next time.Dietary restrictions: They have GF buns, and lettuce substitute for buns.

The place looks barren, very little tables, the wall decorations are gone. Food still good, but it looks like a place that is going under renovation or going out of business.

We are new in town and thought we would try this place. I ordered a meal but told the guy we wanted a shake INSTEAD of the soft drink. Usually a place may change you a buck or even two more but they said “ok, Will charge you separate for that:” so they basically wanted to charge me for the shakes separately and then not give me the soft drink with the meal that I ordered. There is no upgrading anything. It was me and my nine-year-old and my husband. My nine-year-old wanted to shake so I ended up having to order an entire meal all individually. I ordered a separate burger, a separate fries and a separate shake. By the time we were done buying two burgers and some chicken strips the bill was $41. We finally got our food after a very long wait and they had shorted us my order of fries(yeah, the one I had to order separately from my burger just so I didn’t get a soft drink I didn’t want).! I had to show them my receipt before they believed me and gave me the fries. Then I had to ask them for the shake I ordered! I paid five bucks for my sons shake and take a look at the picture of what we got. The big cup is the soft rank and the smaller cup is the shake. An adult should never order this if you want more than one or two sips of a shake for five dollars! The shake is extremely tiny! Needless to say we won’t be back. When we left, there was another lady telling our family that was in line to be aware that they had been sitting there a really long time and still hadn’t gotten their food. This place must get a ton of complaints! UPDATE: For some reason my ONE STAR review turned into a FIVE STAR review(no, I didn't change it)! And the owner replied to my review stating he was thanking me for the "love" I gave him in my review! Did he even READ the review and was it him that changed it to a five star?! Geez! Never going back there again!

I paid $30.00 for 2 hamburgers and fries that tasted like reheated. The meat was tasteless and very thin, just few chopped lettuce and believe me, I am not exaggerating. I’ll never go back again. And a side note, employees not friendly at all. If I could, I would give them 0 stars.

Had a terrible experience. My first and last time eating here. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. When I got my order it had no bacon, buns were cold, burger was falling apart from all the grease. When I let them know the about the mess up the manager questioned me as if I was lying. He gave me the bacon instead of making the order again, bacon was old and completely cold. Very bad service and Terrible burger Total Disappointment!!!

I dunno what happened maybe new management? The watermelon drink tasted moldy. Gross. Both our orders were wrong. No more chalkboard wall to draw on. May not come back.

With all my previous experiences, mooyah was amazing, but the employees need more training or to be fired.. Cooks were what seemed like kids, burger was undercooked, ingredients were completely wrong. Soggy buns and fell apart if you held it, we almost went to eating it with a fork… Felt like it was killing me because it was pink, what it did to my stomach (ate half) was worse than what taco bell could ever do.. I now have food poisoning because of the patty or they put something in my burger im allergic to (jalapeños) if your going to mooyah here, make sure you check the food before eating.. $40 down the drain.

Burgers were made to order and came out perfect. It was late in the day and almost closing time. So, I really appreciated the two folks in the store not giving me anything but great service.

No love put into this burger at all. Got a classic to try out first. Dry burger, to much lettuce and tomato. The only thing good was the bun. $7 for a classic burger.
