Don't go at noon. They switch from breakfast to lunch and there's no flexibility, the menu is set. If there is a large breakfast crowd, you will have to wait for your lunch items because the kitchen has to finish breakfast orders before switching to lunch orders. The salsa is interesting, not great, but different. Points for creativity, I guess. I had Birria tacos which were good, my wife had enchiladas suizas, a tangy surprise, but pretty good. Our server was decent, he brought us what we needed after a bit, and it seemed like he was spread out a little too much.
Overall it was decent. There was was a 30 minute wait on a Sunday at noon. It was a bit noisy and it has sort of a night club atmosphere. It has an upscale decor (unrecognizable as the old Rosa's Cafe) that dinner guests will enjoy. There is a bakery right there and they are making donuts, but it's hard to tell how to get them. There's a full bar, basic beer taps with corporate beers, and creative cocktails.
Clean, busy, attentive, and decent food.

It’s beautiful, nice and clean. Food and salsa delicious. I gave it a 3 star because you come out of there with a headache from the music being all loud from the TVs and music videos. The have all of them real loud so if your talking to your group of friends, you have to talk loud. Might not go again.

Morra mía iMontwood:

*Food is excellent
*Fresh and delicious bread. Bread varieties is so good that it is hard to decide which bread to pick.
*Best cafe de olla in the world.
*Drinks are different and tasty, like the mango mezcal or the carajillo de mazapán.

I would like to give special kudos to our server, Edgar, he was kind and attentive, and to the cook and beaker for their excellent work.

If I had to describe Morra Mía in one sentence, it would be definitely the best of the best. From the very moment you step inside, this place wins you over. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful cozy, stylish, and welcoming making you feel comfortable right away. Even before sitting down, you can smell the incredible flavors coming straight from the kitchen, which instantly builds excitement for what’s coming next.

The service truly deserves a shoutout. The host and every staff member we interacted with were genuinely friendly, attentive, and kind, which always makes a dining experience so much better. You can tell they care about their guests and want everyone to feel at home.

The prices are also very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the food and overall experience it’s one of those places where you feel like you’re getting more than what you paid for.

We were a party of three and visited in January, and everything we ordered was amazing. The flavors were rich, fresh, and beautifully prepared. We also enjoyed their cantaritos, which were not only delicious but also very coquette and fun perfectly balanced and refreshing. You can tell a lot of thought goes into both the food and drinks here.

One thing I was a little sad about was missing out on the rosca de Reyes. They still had it available when we arrived, but by the time we ordered, they were completely out. It looked absolutely delicious, and I’m definitely hoping to try it next time.

The music was another perfect touch not too loud, just right so we could easily talk and enjoy each other’s company. Overall, I truly loved this place. Morra Mía is a must-visit spot in El Paso, and I can’t wait to go back again
