Ordered 3 dozens for my family and asked for pecans and white chocolate. The girl decided to give me white macadamia cookies instead not to mention the cookies taste like they weren’t baked all the way so disgusting and disappointing!!!!

They are 6 feet behind a counter but are still requiring masks?! It's October 2021 and there's not even a mask mandate. Clown status for sure. The whole mall is mask free! ??

Margie is one of the most kindest people I've meet, always give great service, as well as Angelica and the rest of the crew always making fresh preztels cookies, as well as Bites. I always come here if i ever crave a pretzel, if my sweet tooth acts up a Cookie/Brownie hits the spot everytime. All i can say is keep up the great work!!

Very Very rude mostly disappointing! My order was wrong and didn't get a receipt. I ask to talk to the manager owner Margie Refuse! Customer service sucks ! I was going there for 15 years 😢 I was going to pay $83 I just got my money back. I don't got time for that!‘👀o'well take my business somewhere else! Time to change it up ! Cupcakes here I come!

I placed an order a week in advance, and when I arrived on the day to pick it up, it wasn't even made. I had to wait for them to make it. On the flip side, at least it's freshly baked.

Just today around 840, one of the lady's taking an order asked for the money twice, saying that I didn't give her $20 when I previously had. One of the lady's is a scam arts it, maybe she needed the extra money, I don't know but just look out for that everyone.

The cookies were good however, Apparently they don't know what a cookie sandwich with frosting is.
When I asked for it they said they would "check." The guy came back and said "we don't sell that." After trying to explain to him that it was the same thing as a sugar cookie with icing they still denied me. I explained that another location in fact does sell the cookie with frosting and then explained that in past visits, there was no problem with my request. I was still denied and left unsatisfied. I will not be returning to this location!!!

Very disappointed. I sent in an order 2 days prior to my friend's birthday party. When I arrived to pick up the order, they didn't bake it. The lady, who I assume is the manager, simply told me that no one had gotten to the order and that it was just sitting on a desk while other orders got baked. So if you place an order here, just remember to remind them about your order in case they forget so that you don't end up in an awkward position like me.
