Bartender Matty S lost my card and immediately chose to blame me. The lack of accountability and complete apathy toward my situation is enough for me to recommend people steer clear of this sloppy business that tries to appear creative. Won’t be back.

Terrible service. Matty S. needs to work on his customer service. Stay away! He lost my credit card and tried to blame me.

Fun intimate environment, you obviously know what happens here but I have to say every single thing was very expensive but at the time I didnt care. Employee was vwey nice and talkative, good conversationist.

I was just passing through town and was lucky enough to find this hidden gem! The patrons were cool, the bartender was top notch! I came in for one and ended up there for hours because it was such an amazing place. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

The atmosphere is great, the bartenders are probably the best mixologist but the lack of customer service and prices really turn me off. The bartenders can be a bit rude and snotty if you don’t order that is complicated enough for them to make. They won’t tell you about drink specials so you can order something more expensive. They charge “tax” on your drinks and mask it as their tip. I don’t understand how they charge tax for drinks and don’t give you a receipt. Never spending another dime here. This is El Paso not west sixth street in Austin fellas, calm down. Even there people don’t lie about prices and act so stuck up. Be humble.

I've heard rave reviews from this places for the longest time and was finally able to try it. Ambiance - Dim-lighting with some eclectic decor that's all Bill Murray related. Cool hangout area. Service - Had one bartender who seemed like he didn't want to be there which brought the mood down a bit for me. Sorry if you had a bad day :( Drinks - We all good something different and it was pretty delicious, but from what I've heard, the manager changed and the place is not what it use to be. Overall, this place was raved to me as more of a mixology place than a bartending place, but with the change in manager, it is now more of the latter. Wish I had been there before to experience the magic! Not bad as an average bar though.

Murray's is a very nice and lazy back cocktail lounge. If you want to have a hand craft cocktail in a relaxing atmosphere thid I'd the place. The staff is very professional and very friendly. I strongly recommend this place.

Murray's has been our go-to bar for years since we moved to the east side. They have the best bartenders in El Paso- friendly and inventive, with a creative, relaxed atmosphere that's perfect for celebrating or catching up with friends. It's the perfect combination of quirky and homey and all our friends have enjoyed their time at Murray's.

Seriously you can be that a****** that says "idk what I want. I'll take something with mezcal" and they will blow your mind. Like they're straight up super talented bartenders. Best bar this side of town. Great service, always happy to see you, chill and fun. Couldn't be happier.

Great place to have a great drink. Small place but that doesnt matter, you get to enjoy everything about it. Drinks always come out amazing. The bartenders know what they're doing, they even make theyre own syrups. Very comfortable place and they make you feel very welcomed. Highly recommend!

Ok this experience was bittersweet but mainly positive. I went out to the clubs in this street with some friends just as we were leaving I heard some cumbia coming from a door I opened it and it was MURRAY'S. It's funny because I've always wanted to visit this place but never actually planned it and this time didn't plan it either. We stayed there the bartender was playing some fun music from the 90s and we were all having a blast even though is a small bar people were partying and dancing like it was a club. They have really cool things hanging on the wall and the flags of each Harry Potter house (Slytherin here) they have paintings and drawings of Bill Murray. The bad part of the experience is that I ordered mojitos the bartender (which then I learned it's not who is usually there) took some long time to get them ready (just 3) and when I came back to ask around 10 minutes later he said he was preparing the "syrup" I thought it was kind of weird because as far as I know mojitos are prepared with sugar, mint , lemon and alcohol; but I played along and waited anyway we were having a good time already. When he finally gave me the mojitos they didn't look like mojitos AT ALL but I just took them, when I tasted mine they were more like Margaritas but didn't taste even like real Margaritas it's alcohol so I just chugged it anyway! I was disappointed that the drinks didn't meet the expectations I really don't know what happened but I gladly will come back and give them a second chance just because the ambience was really on point. So I don't know how much you care about cocktails prepared correctly but this place didn't know how to properly do a simple mojitoo. I know they say the bartender here is GREAT so maybe next time I'll ask specifically for him to make my drinks

Great vibes, great music, great service. They have interesting cocktails that are very good, a large indoor bar and outdoor seating area. Plus there is Bill Murray.

First off, I need to state I absolutely hate giving negative reviews. I'll only do this when something particularly bad happens. I've had some good experiences here. For the most part, the bartenders are cool and knowledgeable. Drinks are great, and a cool themed place. That being said, last time I went with a friend and we ordered a total of 4 drinks. Stayed for about an hour. I left my card to keep the tab open. When we left, I closed out with cash, including the tip but left my card there. I went the next day to pick up the card and noticed a charge on my bank statement. When I picked up the card, there was a receipt wrapped around it. Asking him why, Cesar, a manager, there wasn't a valid reason given considering I paid in cash. He stated he would refund a partial amount. I left and checked my account several days later, and the charge was even more than the receipt they charged without my consent. Sucks that you cant trust a place you used to enjoy.
