Service workers were kind, bowl was good. Waiting 45+ mins for 1 bowl and 1 shake is unacceptable.

On the East Side they are amazing! The west side is horrible. For 3 days this week I ordered and paid 12 plus dollars for a Green Juice drink. I ordered ahead but every time I went to pick it up, I did not feel welcome. Each time they could not find my order. No to mention made me prove I placed an order. The most disappointing thing was, not one time was there an apology or anything for wasting my time.

I make plans and set my alarm to do a pickup for my green juice. Two days in a row I’ve gone and and there was confusion or they didn’t know what my order was didn’t ask for my name to verify anything. Also treated me unprofessional. Why did I take the time to order if it wasn’t gonna be ready and I was purposely late to give them extra time. The difference in the west side Nektar and the east side is night and day. Such a disappointment. I have health issues so I go there to help me be better. I called and asked for a manager. They said there isn’t one. So I’ll be finding somewhere else to get what I need.

Best acai bowl, I love this place so much, super clean and the fruit is the best quality

Today I ordered the açaí banana berry bowl. It’s great, tasty but not too sugary. Customer service wasn’t good at all. I was given my bowl with the lid not properly put in place. Not only that but the server didn’t give a paper bag to me but he did to the customers to next to me. I politely asked him for a bag and he did give me one but with an attitude. Those are the little details that leave zero desire to come back.

I’d have to say this is my favorite place for smoothies. I placed a mobile order and picked it up to go. My drink was ready when I arrived, and the staff was very friendly.
I ordered a large one, which is huge enough to enjoy and share. I ordered the pink flamingo, and it was super delicious! The large smoothie was about $12. I will definitely come back to try one of their juices and bowls.

Overall one of the best experience. The workers really show that they enjoy their job. If i could give this place double the amount of stars, I would. Definitely worth stopping by!!

Honestly just not that good. I ordered the acai banana berry bowl and decided to add almond butter for $1.50. Firstly, the blend was flavorless, it tasted like it had been watered down with ice which is just something I’m not a fan of. Then to my disappointment, I only got about a teaspoon of almond butter for $1.50 that was just kinda placed on top. When I asked the employee if I could have some peanut butter instead she gave me an attitude. Overall, I was just kinda dissatisfied with my experience.
