We ate here on Christmas Eve, we had Lan Zhou Beef Noodle Soup, orange chicken, 5 spice beef, crab cakes, Xiao long bao and Kung pao chicken. It was all so good, I mean so so good! The food came out so fast but the service was slow, Only because they got really busy. The kung Pao chicken was so spicy! I almost got up to get my own water because my mouth was in fire! It was still really good! 8 would definitely recommend!

Found this place by accident, and it was amazing ? Especially the duck! Definitely coming back for more. The outside atmosphere might deceive you, they do need to clean it up though, as it is quite filthy out there.

I was really excited to try this place. Maybe because it was Labor Day, the workers were short staffed, but the quality of the food was low.

Restaurant is dirty as the cooks and employees sit around. Service was pathetic. Was throwing up in my mouth as I looked at the soy and Sriracha bottles.

Dine is usually always good. Did our first takeout and wasn't thrilled. I think they forgot the gravy in the kitchen

Not my best visit to a Noodles and Dumplings. I visit the Viscount location and the Zaragoza location very often and am a huge fan of them. First time visiting this particular location. The food quality was nowhere near that of the previously mentioned locations. The service was great. But the food was lacking.

I ordered shrimp fried noodles (great) and beef broccoli (awesome)! My first time here while working at Fort Bliss, It's a little expensive $30 for y food), but isn't EVERYTHING expensive now? I expect to go back soon!

Noodles & Dumplings is a little Chinese (American) restaurant at a basic strip mall here in El Paso. If you are looking for a place that serves quality Chinese food that fills you up but you are not looking for a place that is super fancy, this is it.
I ordered the Kun Pao chicken over noodles. It was good! Just the right spice level for me to handle, fresh vegetable ingredients, and tender stir-fried chicken thigh. The portion was a lot for one person. I think their menu is good if you want to go family style, where the dishes are shared amongst the table. I also ordered red-bean baos; they are the big fluffy ones with a sweet paste in the middle. Just like my mom used to make!
The service was sufficient. The staff was kind. The seating was OK, I probably made a poor choice in taking a table in the back as i think the staff usually sits around that back area during breaks and meals. They have one uni-sex bathroom, so do not get bent out of shape if you see the toilet seat up.
If you want P.F. Ch*** level restaurant, go to that place. If you want quality comfort food without all the ostentatious atmosphere, Noodles & Dumplings is the place to go in El Paso. I will definitely seek this place out again for my next quick Chinese meal.
Vegetarian options: Small number of vegetarian choices available.
Parking: The restaurant is at a strip mall, where parking is limited, but there is a large lot that is a shared space for all the businesses in the area. And depending where you park, you make end up near thru traffic.

Food: I ordered the (Leshan Sweet Skin Duck) along with an order of (Pork Scallion Dumplings) Very tasty and full of flavor.
Service: The waiter was very friendly and helped me choose the best options to try in his opinion and I liked it a lot. The environment felt good.
Wait time: The (Leshan Sweet Skin Duck) has around a 15-20 minute wait and the (Pork Scallion Dumplings) had a 10-12 minute wait.
Overall: Incredible experience and worth the money. Will be coming back.
