Nothing Bundt Cakes

Went in to try and order a cake today and the male clerk who wasn’t wearing a name tag saw me walk in didnt acknowledge me until 10 minutes go by I begin to leave and he finally attempts to speak to me

And begins yelling at me for ignoring him after he ignored me

Wish I had gotten his name but it’s unbelievable how awful the staff is here

I got swindled out of $5. Dude told me that if I buy 4 mini’s that I get a free bag which gives me a free cake with every purchase. But instead the bag wasn’t free apparently, cus I was charged $5.99 for it. What a way to be faithful to your customers, especially when you are expecting them to come again! I’ll be taking my business to another location from now on. I prefer honesty with the hustle.

The owner charged me (without telling me) 65 bucks for a 39 dollar cake. I pointed to a cake and asked for a birthday cake for my husband. I had already looked on the website and saw that they are 39 bucks. He then said “ok for a male??” I said yes and he said “is blue ok?” I said yes. He then said “how old is he?” It told him and he looked behind the counter and said “oh I don’t have any 5s but I have a heart and a star, is that ok?” I said that’s fine. So he said “put your card in the white slot” I did and it was like a cube thing with no amount or screen and he didn’t say what the total was. He said it will be just a few minutes. A girl came out with the cake and it was wrapped with a blue topper. I took it home and saw there was no receipt and I looked at my account and it was like 68 bucks. I called the next morning and the girl answered and said “yes we charged you for a 10 inch cake and for the heart and star” I said “I didn’t ask for any of that and I don’t have a tape measure to know that the cake wasn’t what I asked for and he didn’t tell me the price and no receipt and the way he said “how old is he? “ I thought he was decorating the cake!! She said “that’s what corporate told us to do it to charge people” I was like “you guys are ridiculous” and hung up. The cakes in the window were 8 inch cakes that I pointed to. He had them fix up a bigger cake and added stuff to charge me 68 bucks. I guess they need the money more than I do and I never mind spending money, I just don’t like being swindled. But corporate told them to treat customers like that .

Went in today around 3:30 pm to pick up an online order but the clerk told me they were out of that item since the item was unavailable I turned to leave the store

As I'm leaving the clerk started yelling at me and lecturing me about not being rude... but I never yelled at him or even spoke to him they were out of the item so I chose to leave the clerk should not be lecturing customers or talking down to anyone like that

Very disappointed. Rude staff and horrible experience. Submitted a private complaint and asked to speak to someone, it's been 2 weeks and nobody has contacted me.

Freaking horrible!
This is not the first time we come to the Fountains location & they’re closed WAY BEFORE their closing time.
Then the other times we have come in, we’re greeted by someone clearly in a bad mood or annoyed too be at work.

Ever since they changed owners or whoever’s in charge, this place has gone downhill!
Which sucks because I LOVED this place so much & was always excited getting gift cards too use here.

Don’t know how much longer this place will get my business.
Disappointed is such an understatement.

Do not and I mean DO NOT buy balloons from this place. I made a purchase on some balloons and they deflated the SAME NIGHT just a few hours later! I called back the next day to see if I could get a refund on them and the manager said no. They essentially stole my money from me by allowing me to make a purchase with basically nothing in return. Horrible. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service and atmosphere. Will never be making a purchase here again and I hope I save other customers from making the same mistake that I did in trusting this trash dump of a place.

Ordered a White Chocolate Raspberry cake and there was no raspberry in it. Called the bakery to have the issues corrected and was told the minimal raspberry is added to not change the consistency when clearly nothing was added. Spoke to manager and he asked to email photos and was never responded to. I never asked for a refund but at least give me the cake that I paid for.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Misleading advertisement to get you to buy more while you are there. Honestly the tastes of the actual cake is mid- the only thing that’s tasty I the buttercream frosting. Will never buy from here again. Pretty sure it’s a franchise because I’ve never had customer service as poor in any other location. I was also behind a customer who had also been misled about her cake (over heard their conversation) she was unhappy and wanted to exchange her cake but because she literally walked out and right back in that was considered “leaving the property” and they wouldn’t be able to resell- which I get, but to not offer her another cake instead? Horrible service, get your bundts somewhere else.

My Neighbor brought Us a Individual Cake. It was Delicious! It was a white chocolate raspberry. I need more!!

The flour tortillas per package are very thin and some are burnt and not like before😒
