Placed an online order for delivery about 4 days out & tried cancelling the very next day
Due to delivery not being earlier than 11am

Called multiple times to try and cancelled explained that will not be able to receive order since will be heading out of town.
A young lady got on the line and said only can do store credit?? Minded you I was trying to cancel 4 days before the delivery date.
I got told multiple times that supervisor was going to call me.
Called back several times and told the same thing about supervisor calling
*NEVER EVER RECEIVED CALL BACK

Had to call my bank to file a dispute

I WILL NEVER DUE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN

Tried four different times to order online because I live in one city and wanted this delivered to a friend in El paso. The website the app or try it on my phone did not work. Call the store to order directly. Was left on hold for 30 minutes.. Called a second time finally got somebody on the phone. She started to order. Left me on hold for five minutes and somebody else completed the order. I was informed I would receive an email or a text with my receipt and that did not happen. I am not sure if my delivery will be made today as it is my friendā€˜s birthday. I will update my post once I find out.

Would put 0 stars if I could , I tried to redeem on the account to get my free bday cake. The lady was very rude told us they don’t know how to use the app and that they aren’t allowed to have it if they work there. Doesn’t make sense. Then she brushed us off and then switched to the other side to help other customers before I could even ask another question. Very disrespectful and not accommodating at all.

I just came out from the store at the fountains of Farrah and I’m extremely upset. I got an email for my free individual cake for my birthday and I see the treatment they gave the other clients vs the one I received, especially from their male employee. I showed him my coupon and he touches my phone without asking first to see if it was an email. I’m guessing to check it wasn’t a screenshot! Then he proceeded to ask me for my ID, which I did. But still, if I have a coupon in my email is because it’s obviously my birthday. Then he asked me what he could get for me, instead of just asking what flavor I wanted and he just grabbed it and gave it to me without a bag or anything. I don’t expect special treatment but I’ve bought from this location before and I know how I’m supposed to receive my cake. He just made me feel like I was begging for free food. I almost wanted to ask him if he wanted me to pay for it. Maybe the treatment would have been different. Totally ruined my birthday experience for me.

I ordered an 8ā€ carrot cake let the fiesta begin with hot pink ribbon and in addition to the cake I place an order of candles to go with cake but did not receive the candles. After having witnesses that the cake had no candles I called to report the problem. I was treated with unprofessionalism from Adam the supervisor in charge. Adam stated that there is nothing he can do because he was sure he put candles. Adam said he can not provide refund on candles do to he was adamant the candles were on the cake. Adam said I can email the boss and that was it. I said he did not provide a resolution and thanks for nothing he simply laughed at me immaturely.

I recently had an unpleasant experience with an employee named Yomi. While cleaning the counter tops with a soiled cloth, he engaged in a heated argument with another employee in full view of the customers. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also raises concerns about hygiene and sanitation. Furthermore, he proceeded to serve me without washing his hands, which is a clear violation of basic food safety protocols.

She was super sweet and her kindness brings tears to my eyes as I sit in the car to taste each of my bundt cakes. These cakes are magically delicious ?

I ordered a carrot cake for my birthday and when I picked it up I noticed it had a plastic smothered over the frosting which led me to believe it had been thawed out. I had to remove the plastic which took the frosting with it. The cake was not what I expected to say the least. The next morning the cake was hard and we just trashed it. I’ve purchased cakes here before therefore this purchase was a complete let me down.

Update: In regards to Alejandra Martinez's response. Unfortunately, I was just a bystander watching everything unfold, no conflict of interest here. We all need to speak to each other with respect, that's just my 2 cents. I hope your day got better āœŒļø

I had a great experience today picking up my 12 bundtinis. We patiently waited for our order while experiencing some drama.
My boyfriend and I witnessed the encounter that a fellow reviewer just posted on here. Although I can understand the frustration of not getting your order correct the first time, at the end of the day, the order was fulfilled. The customer said her parents were patient, which is incorrect. We witnessed a hostile customer taking out their frustration towards the manager. We are all human, and mistakes happen. However, that does not give you the right to be rude. We need to learn not to be so entitled and treat each other with respect. Just because you are a paying customer, it does not give you the right to talk down to people and take pictures of them without their permission. I'm sorry to all the employees who have to deal with people like this. We all need to do better. Thank you for your kindness and wonderful service!
